The tech told me she had a problem resetting it so I assumed that was the problem after my rotation. An hour later the PSI shot down to 29, then 27 so I was concerned. I stopped to check it and it was low; a rotation 2 hours prior. I added a little air back to ; regulate no higher than the expected 32.Made one stop (13 miles from home, the car was parked the whole time) came back pulled out of the parking garage. Got 100 feet, I saw the light, PSI OF 3! Completely flat! Had to wait an hour for Roadside Assistance. I did try to leave a message. The whole tire has to be replaced and I’m afraid that the store is not going to and I’m stuck with a donut. I’ve never had this happen. This is my first time with Midas and my continued business is going to be contingent on how this is handled!

The past few visits add on services were performed(or said they were performed) and raised the price I was given at the first of the visit increased. The tech also said there was a problem with the battery in the vehicle that had been presently been replaced trying to get me to replace it again. The battery was tested at the point of purchase and tested fine.There is always some add on service that I am not happy about.

Matt and Josie went above and beyond in making sure my vehicle was repaired properly. They completed the repairs in the promised timeframe and made sure the service was at the best price possible.
Though it was not real busy, they got my vehicle in right away and completed the work in less time than estimated by approximately 25 minutes. They said an hour for the labor, but also was getting a state inspection. I figured 1 hour 15 minutes. It was about 50 minutes total.

I always get my oil change at Midas. I live in Dallas but I still drive out to Euless. I made the appointment on the website and there was a glitch my email said for 9 and when I got there they said it was for 8 but still got me in and out under a hour.

I made an appointment to have the local Midas team look at the muffler of my vehicle. Given its age, some of the hangers had rusted off and needed to be replaced. The team got the car up on the lift and showed me the possible options of the repair. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold. The team did a fantastic job getting the exhaust system re-mounted and done so within record time (I think I was there for just over an hour). Great job guys! Will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Midas for an oil change and tire rotation since I bought my Jeep in 2015. We agreed on the price including rotating in the spare as per usual. The Jeep spare is easily accessible. Then I got the call. Said I needed an Air Filter ($30) which I agreed too. Then they said rotating my jeep spare tire would cost $18. I said no to the filter change but paid the $18. I went from a loyal repeat customer to an car maintenance shopper. I replaced the filter myself for $13.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. With a Jeep I have five tires to rotate. I don't think they ever checked the tire pressure. Within 24 hours one tire had a pressure of 29 the other 3 were correct at 35. I fix it and haven't had any problems.
