My vehicle was returned to me with a dirty, muddy interior, which was spotless when I arrived. No floor protection was used, no seat protection either, I'm not very pleased about the lack of respect given to my property .. just how difficult is it to put down a paper floor mat!? Unacceptable ...

Next time the service tech needs to make sure wheel muts are all installed and torqued. He failed to put the lug bolts back on and only 1 was barely on. The rim almost came off when driving it.

I was not Highly Satisfied with my Midas experience because after my oil change, they told me I had multiple problems with my car that required attention. Although I do appreciate being informed of potential problems, I did not appreciate the huge amount of money that they said they would need to fix said problems, a whole 2k. The reason this was so surprising and ruined my experience at Midas was because I only came for a simple oil change and to be told of all these problems when there is no check engine light on in my car made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I came to Midas because of my Openbay discount, but I would not return to Midas if it were not for that discount.

They changed my oil for free, a generous offer from them. They found an oil leak that I did not know that I had and included a photo of the leak evidence.
I was disappointed to see that the lube job wasn't completed, as the zerks weren't greased. I didn't check them all, but the ones that I saw were covered in dirt and obviously hadn't been touched.

Communicate when the vehicle is done, if you did a vehicle inspection I never received it and no one ever went over it with me, if you tell someone shuttle at 11 and you’re running late or forgot let me know. I had to call back at 12:30 and was finally picked up around 1:30. This really impacted by baby’s schedule. I asked for a battery check and you guys forgot to do it so they had to do it before pickup.

As a female, taking your vehicle in for maintenance can be somewhat intimidating, however, this location was super friendly not just to me, but everyone who walked in!
From the moment I walked into this location, I felt like a person and not just a number. From the front desk personnel to the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, I had a great experience. Everything was explained in detail before WE moved forward with repairs. Excellent customer service, professional staff that took care of my vehicle like it should be taken care of. Midas was unable to fix my brake problem
They really couldn’t find what the problem was with a couple of the issues I am having with my truck. Also very expensive. $210.00 just to evaluate what they thought needed to be done. I basically paid $1700.00 for a rear brake job.
Axle and brakes replaced previously. Although technically not rework, a discount of some sort in my opinion should have occurred. Especially parking brake issue.

We knew alternator was bad, and Midas substantiated that the battery had a bad cell. I told them that I would have it checked after the alternator was changed, because, I had purchased the battery just a few months ago from another vendor. I knew I could get it replaced at no additional cost, which in fact did happen after I left Midas. They also said it needed and oil change, which we already did a few weeks ago. We go by the cars computer, it still had 69% viscosity. I don't like to be high sold on work or parts I don't need.

These are the only people that service my car in any way. We even come here for inspection. Went ANOTHER place for a simple oil change about 3-4 years ago I think and they " forgot" to put in a oil filter. What???? That's part of the job. Midas found it and told us and we went back there and got it! Swore then, MIDAS ONLY!!!!!

Miriam was friendly and because our truck is our only vehicle, gave me a ride home when I took the truck in for a coil pack repair and came and picked us up when it was ready a few days later. I don’t know the name of the man who did the work. Everyone seemed to be genuinely customer service oriented and today that is a breath of fresh air. Customer service is a dying art in so many businesses.

I have used Midas in Granbury a number of times for my personal vehicle. I am also a mechanic but, when I am busy with my own customers I do not have time to work in my own vehicles. I can say from experience that the technicians and service desk employees are top notch.
Front desk communicated every step of the way. The Technician took the time to pay attention to details about my vehicle and they performed my oil change and tire rotation in a timely matter.
Had a possible issue that the general manager addressed very quickly and professionally. She is awesome! If I return to Midas, it'll be because of her and her customer service.

I went in to get a wheel alignment and was told the tie rod was too tight and that with tens of thousands of dollars worth of tools they could not get it loose and that I should do it in my driveway with a hammer and stick

I quickly received an appointment which relieved me to have my issue resolved as I t did not feel safe using my truck. Midas had a friendly courtesy service driver to take me home, called me to advise the issue, received my approval to proceed and resolved in a timely manner. Midas is close to home and I was able to get the service I needed in a relatively quick amount of time considering how busy they were.

Told them that would be fine, just do the state inspection now and I would make an appointment for the oil change.While we were waiting, got an estimate for a battery replacement for my other vehicle. My vehicle sat for 3 years without being driven. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning and told the employees I needed it by Tuesday morning for a 1300 mile road trip, and that I needed whatever done to make that happen. They made it happen and I made my road trip. If I lived in Granbury I would go there for any/all my future vehicle needs.

This Midas shop is my "GO TO" place for automotive work. Robert runs a really tight ship and his personnel know what they are doing.
The problem I came in with was a brake issue that required a high amount of diagnosis and figuring. The mechanic was able to get the service handled same day without major issue and everyone explained everything every step of the way.

I scheduled an appointment at 8am and was told when I got there that I would have to reschedule for 2pm. I work night shift so 2 pm is the equivalent to 2am to me. A simple call would have resolved my issue so I could go to bed and get up early to come back.

TOOK MY VEHCILE IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND MY VEHICLE REQUIRES FULL SYNTHETIC. THEIR COST WAS RESONABLE VERSUS EVERY ONE ELSE IN GRANDBURY. I PAID 61.99 PLUS TAX WHERE EVERY ONE ELSE WANTED OVER 85.00 PLUS TAXES. I HAD TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED

Check list very thorough and detailed. $120 oil change and a $3 oil filterwas put on. I took a new gm oil filter and a quart of Mobil One to havethe cheap oil filter replaced. Junk oil filters dangerous to an engine and Iasked what filters they used before
