After receiving an tire rotation, my car rode a lot smoother and I didn’t think the tires were the issue.
Provide a copy of inspections that have been paid for, and not give customers the runaround because you are upset that they did not pay exorbitant prices that were quoted for an issue found during inspection.
If i schedule an appointment get my car in within a reasonable time after I arrive. Not 45 minutes later and not take a walk I'm before me.

Your employees need a class in politeness to your customers the gentleman was very rude I had to make 3 different trips to Midas for three different people to look at the paper with the warranty that I had instead of them just making a copy the first time I went in then they kept my car from Saturday to Tuesday it was just a mess they didn't want to honor the 100% lifetime guarantee the guy even wrote on my paper that you know he would extend it out to the rotors being covered they said the rotors wasn't covered it was a big to do they finally gave in and did one rotor which they didn't do the other three I'm just very disappointed in the customer service with Midas and I would not recommend them nor go there again if something is not done and made right

I have an Infiniti. I took it to the Infiniti dealership for the same noise. They couldn't figure it out. Tried to tell me i had too much stuff in my trunk. The guy at muffler Brothers said it was something else. My guy at midas found my problem. Although they couldn't fix it, he told who to take it to. I totally appreciate Midas on north Dixie..
Scott isn't very friendly when you checking in. Had my oil changed, car had grease stains all over my door handle and steering wheel. I drove home approx 7 miles, next day on my way to work, my oil pressure light came on, when I checked the oil it was such a light color I didn't think it had oil in it. Took it back and they said they would re-do my oil change and change the filter, other than that I would have to pay for diagnostics to determine why my pressure light came on. He said they changed out the filter and for as quick as it took, I'm thinking the oil wasn't changed either. Pulled out of the lot and the oil light came on. Hmmm coincidence, I don't think so. I could tell Scott was put out that I was only there for an oil change. No money in it so perhaps that why my oil pressure light is now on.
Easy to work and completed work quickly! Scott is the best at the location that we use.
Will never go there again
I ordered tires online. I chose ones that said they were available. When I got to my appointment, they were not available. The associate said there were 2 options, one that was cheaper and one that was more expensive. I chose the cheaper one. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed I was I was charged the same amount as the tires I ordered. I was not charged a cheaper price like I was told. When I asked the associate (Scott) to explain, he grabbed the paper from me and told me he gave me the wrong paperwork. He gave me another set of paperwork, but it still showed that I was charged the more expensive price. When I asked again, he was visibly annoyed with my question. He was also very unfriendly when he called to let me know the car was ready. I will not return to Midas because of this, and I will recommend that people I know avoid this establishment.
Front desk person was rude
I had an appointment at the Salem Avenue location. I arrived and was told I should not have been scheduled. I asked why wasn’t I contacted. He said he didn’t check and it’s too late. Poor service. I went to the store on Dixie drive and taken in as a walk in. I am thankful for the fast service. It lets me know the name of the store is one thing, there are good and bad locations
Super expensive compared to ther places. They charge for labor by the job, not hourly like other shops. My 2 hr job cost 700 in labor. That's wrong
They listed my tire pressure as all 35. When I looked before I left the parking lot I looked and it 33, 33, 33, and 31 which tells me they didn't even check it.

We were on a long road trip and needed unexpected brake service. Used website to book appointment for the next morning but then we called as soon as they opened to ask if could take us earlier. Very courteous and helpful, took us early, and got it done fast! Customer service person was extremely knowledgeable, listened extremely well to our description of problem, and explained the issue extremely well. Gave us additional info as requested. This place was tops and we felt blessed to stumble upon it just a couple of miles from where we were staying. Thank you!
You did an alignment on my vehicle knowing a band was broke in the front passenger tire. Did not tell me about it. I drove off. Vehicle was driving the save as when I came in. So I called back and was told at Thad time there was a band broke in my tire. I was livid. You let me drive off not telling me that. Still done an alignment which was useless seeing as to I had to go replace that tire and still my vehicle needs aligned again. Why did you do the alignment knowing all that?!

check in was virtually 'silent' with very few details mentioned, nor was the price talked about - only seen on the estimate. seems the staffing and workload are not synchronized as there is more work than personnel

I brought my Volkswagen in because it was leaking antifreeze they quickly identified that it was the water pump they fixed it within 2 days a few days later a vacuum line fell off and they repaired it at no extra cost I am very very satisfied

I've been going to this location for years with all of my vehicles for oil changes, tire rotation, etc and they never disappoint. They do major work as well. They also do a vehicle inspection and show you what is working fine, what needs attention at some point, and what needs to be done asap

I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I came in with a break light issue. They gave me an estimate and stayed late to get it done. Everyone was very friendly.
My vehicle still did not work after 2 visits and 8 days had past. I took it to another mechanic who fixed it in 20 min. A new distributer cap and router $120.00 I spent around 800 with midas and my new mechanic says both parts they replaced was unnecessary . I will never return.
