they said their inspection of things and that should be replaced. When I got home and checked they wanted 3 to 4 time more than any parts store. To buy and install 2 rear shocks for $550.00 is a lot much.

I brought my 2012 BMW 328i in for an oil change. There was no check engine lights and no drive train warning . When I got my car back , the car went into a protection mode because it's telling me there is something wrong with the drivetrain. My car is a 6 speed manual and I asked told the lady at the front desk that my car was a manual and she said no problem. Well the drivetrain warning has to do with the clutch. I just had the clutch replaced last year. Now I have to bring it to my mechanic and see what's wrong with it . I am not paying for this at all !!! I am going to come after Midas for screwing up my car because they didn't have anyone who could drive a manual.
I enjoyed the honesty of being told my air cabin filter did not need to be replaced. The dealership said it did. It is very difficult to find honesty in car repair shops
I think if the technician came out to speak with me about what I brought my car in for, we could have resolved it without me having to pay an unnecessary fee.

Technician was honest about what was needed to service on my car and what he would inspect and was friendly. Technician could have said I needed more service that I actually didn't and this was VERY much appreciated. The trust that was gained from my visit is enough to refer others there. Vehicle maintenance is expensive without having someone telling you that something else needs fixed when it doesn't just to make more money.

Nothing will never go back here. Very rude employees talking about how truck was fixed before because of shortage on parts while I’m standing there with other customers. I asked for a check or to pop my lines back on and was proceeded with a $1,000 fix quote that I never asked for. Have a Ram with a 6’ bed and wasn’t able to complete service because wheelbase was too long for shop to accommodate.
When I brought in my car I said there was a leak. I also said my TP light was on. They called during the service and said there was no leak. I told them there are fresh spots on the ground when I park my car. There was definitely a leak. They said there wasn’t and it was probably from my last oil change (makes no sense why it would be leaking months later) I got in my car to take it home and my tire pressure light was still on so they didn’t fix that. The next day I was leaving my house and again I saw there was fresh fluid under my car. Indicating that it was still leaking. I guess they changed the oil but didn’t do much of anything else I asked for

I think the pricing was not the same as the offer on the website. They also left my keys in the car after the service, which could have been easily taken off the lot by anyone.
The tire alignment went well, and the service was very friendly. After the service was complete I walked back to my vehicle to find the driver side door handle damaged. It was slightly cracked before, but now was just hanging on. I was not made aware of this before I saw it. When I brought it to the attention of Leroy, the problem was dismissed. The door handle was functional before, and now barely functional and more badly damaged. I was told that since I had not told them to be careful with the door handle it was my fault, although the handle appeared to have been brutally pulled on. There was now conversation of reimbursement or compromise. Not even an apology, which was disappointing, and dishonest. Everything apart from this was great. What would of made the situation would of been a talk com compromise or reimbursement (even partial), or an apology.

Very efficient and quick service. Received all information we needed. I dropped off vehicle because the last time I used this location, several months ago, it took long and I was waiting. This time was far superior.
First attempt at alignment, my tire rods needed replaced. I did that, to save money. Attempts 2-4 were done by an inexperienced tech. He broke the ignition on my truck that’s been serviced at this location for years, and the excuse was,”these old cars are less common to work on, so we can’t sweat the kid for not knowing the old vehicle.” I had to replace the ignition because they only offered $50 off for the “inconvenience,” and quoted me $420. Not to mention the wheels were NOT properly aligned AND the newbie-tech got oil and grease on my brand new steering wheel cover and floor mats. They reassured me that the untrained-tech wasn’t present for my last appointment, but my trust with this location is severely damaged

My main issue was when I chose not to get additional services completed at Midas. The person checking me out began to gently argue why I "need" to get them done there, until he was full blown yelling at me. I'd ultimately recommend not using intimidation as a sales tactic.
Priced too high for too little of service. Nothing was looked at on my vehicle, if it was you would have found some issues I’m currently having. No communication about time, price, nothing.
They estimated 30-45min for an oil change. After sitting n the waiting area for 1hr and 2min, they informed me that they had JUST started working on the vehicle. I told them I needed to leave for an appointment asap. They charged my card and handed me the keys and I suspect they didn’t even bother with the oil change OR they managed to do it in under 80seconds. I was appalled that they didn’t mentioned being short staffed until they were 15min late on my car AND HADNT EVEN STARTED the oil change. And when I addressed this with the new GM, I was even more appalled that before he mentioned being short staffed, he actually tried to fight with me about the length of the appointment when I had asked them to also make sure the car was good for the summer. Suggesting that I shouldn’t be surprised by the time because I asked for an inspection. And I I formed him that I witnessed them drive my car in for the oil change after I had been sitting there for an hr. That’s when he fell back on being short staffed which was just insane that they didn’t mention the delay ESPECIALLY when I was there SO early. 9am appointment. Price increases??
I needed a simple oil change. I had my car repaired for an oil leak so it wasn't leaking until I got it back from Midas.

When I showed up they all were eager to help me get the service I needed my appointment was set for 30 minutes after I arrived they got me checked in within 5 min. of arrival very upfront about cost and time it would take for the service. Very understanding. Located perfectly so I could grab lunch during the service by walking. After my lunch I picked up my car was greeted the same as before and left with no issues of any kind staff or the service they did an awesome job all around.
Please do not put customers lives at risk.

I got the time for the appointment wrong. I tried to set the appointment time on line but I came an hour earlier. It was an mix up on my part and the online process was confusing. However they worked me in and I thought I was there for a reasonable amount of time for an oil change.
The processes of booking, and finding out the pricing of my required service was really smooth, and was really convenient the day of my appointment from drop off to notification of completion and pickup.

My car broke down right by the Midas on Wadsworth and Hampton. I don't have AAA or any kind of road side service so I called Midas to see if they could fit me in. When they said they could fit me in I walked in and explained the problems that my car was having. They were able to fit me in and my car was repaired in just a few hours. The place was clean, the people were nice. But the price was so expensive. I realize everyone probably says that though and that when you go you are paying commercial prices. Good news, I was able to drive my car away in just a few hours. Bad news, after my battery and alternate went out and got repaired my Midas the next day my starter went out. Mida's did not do anything wrong, I just normally go a cheaper route and the starter is just bad luck and probably from me trying over and over again to start it when it would die from the alternate being out.All in all i give everything a 10 except price, and the fact that Midas couldn't see the future and tell me my starter would go out (joking.). I had my oil changed, and had an appointment prior to coming in. I did have to wait about 40 minutes before my car was taken in to be serviced. I didn’t mind that, but I noticed after I left that thr need an oil change was still showing up on my dash. I’ll have to take it back in to thr shop to have this changed, I do like working with this store. The Manager, and his assistant are very professional.

Don't quote someone just under $1000 worth of parts and labor for a job that is $500. Lucky for me I'm not an idiot and did my own research to find the part(s) needed and knew it was 1 part not 2 and what was being quoted was a scam. Glad I took it elsewhere and didn't spend a penny at this shop. I will say however, the gentleman who took my car in and gave it back to me was fantastic! It was only the store manager I dealt with, and the lady they originally had call me with the parts and labor quote that had no idea what she was talking about, that really made this a terrible experience and ensured I won't ever go back.

We've been coming to this Midas location for many years. Rick and his team are very efficient and work with us on pick up or delivery. Mostly they take really good care if our older model vehicles. One has over 600,000 miles; the second over 370,000 miles. I love that they know us by name. I can't speak highly enough of this Midas location.

I was at Midas earlier in the week on Wednesday with a nail in my tire. The last place I went to said oh they can’t fix it I need a new tire and didn’t even bother trying but Midas actually took the time to take my tire off and see if it was fixable before unfortunately telling me it wasn’t I got my new tire and had it shipped to the store and got it in Saturday and was so happy with the outcome and getting my car fixed and being able to pay over phone and pick up after hours
I paid for a alignment and you did the alignment last time and this time you. Said you could not get the nuts lose. You the one who tight them last time.

We’ve been coming for the last year, and they have treated us very well. A few months ago we didn’t have enough funds to pay for our service came so they offered the midas credit card. We were able to finish our repairs while not worrying about paying out of pocket then and there. Since then we’ve been coming back using our card for regular maintenance.

We have been hoping here for years. We drive old, high mileage vehicles and Rick Jay and Kaden do such a great job helping us keep them going. They know us by name, which may or may not be a good thing. But I do appreciate it. They don't give us a bunch of BS about the work that needs to be done and they don't try to sell us services we don't need. Additionally. they are very honest about how long something can go before it absolutely needs to be repaired. They are always friendly and helpful.

The man who did my oil change did not know how to drive a 5 speed and stalled it many times trying g to make it to a parking spot. Greasey finger prints were on the inside window where he put the oil milage sticker which I had to move because it was too far over to the right. He had grease all over my driver's door and handle. I had to take it to a car wash afterwards.
They did a good job on my radiator flush.

I would not recommend this Midas location to anyone unless I would want that person to be treated like dirt and pay way to much for bad products and have this Midas location do and say anything to avoid honoring the warranty that comes with any car repair
The work performed was done in a timely manner and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable.
