Although I spent more money than I intended, I felt I was dealt with fairly and honestly. I also felt that the way that Nick and Dan treated me when I had questions and desired to see the additional problems that they found was very professional as well as immediate. They did not have to verify with the service technician if it was safe to have me come back and see for myself the parts they said needed replacing. That gave me confidence (as I saw for myself the bad parts) that the truth was being told to me but also it showed me how they do business.

Jeff always takes interest in my vehicles and works with me to get the best option for services. Jeff took pictures of frame problems that I need to address but cannot be done at Midas, since it requires frame welding. Jeff called around to see if replacement parts could be found, but due to the age of the vehicle, none were available. I can now schedule the repair work at a frame shop and I have the pictures to show them what is needed.
The manager Jeff was very rude the entire time. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. He told me he was not going to argue with me about the price about an oil change even though I had said nothing about the price difference.
I took the car in as it was recommended by AAA. Looked up reviews and saw good reviews. My car would not start after reinstalling a touch screen. Initially they said full diagnostics will cost $164.60 and they would not take it off final cost. I was worried about the total charges. Thankfully later they said the battery does not have any charge and I need to replace the battery. I agreed to it even though I think they could have jump started the car and the battery would have charged back up. The battery in the car was 4 years old and so I did not mind changing it. But I appreciate the fact that they told me, changing the battery would help rather than doing full diagnostics. That helped big time with not getting charged the enormous diagnostic fee of $164.60. The gentleman at the counter was very stoic and serious. It would help if they can be little welcoming and pleasant. Most customers come in with fear of being ripped off as it is with majority of the repair shops. Added to that if the staff has a horrible attitude it does not help. Be little kind to customers.

I was highly satisfied with my Midas experience because the time it took for them to complete the job was faster than I expected and was communicated very clearly when I brought my car. There was also little paperwork and additional hurdles that needed to be crossed. The only issue that I experienced was that the price of the oil change was not communicated when I was setting up the appointment nor when I brought my car. I was only made aware of the price once it was done and it was time to pay.

I called and ensured time for oil change, was told appointment avail now. (enterprise fleet vehicle due for oil change.) Informed after checking in "brakes" needed. I said I would do another day d/t on lunch hour, associate promised would not extend 45 min oil change time. I also requested wiper blade in front be replaced. A) I was there over 3 hours due to work was not even started until at least an hour, brake pads were removed but didn't have the replacement in stock B) wiper blade wasn't fixed, I drove to work today with a messy windshield, so clearly that was also missed. EXTREMELY unprofessional and poor communication all around during the entire experience.

I originally tried to set up an appointment with a competitor. They denied the date and time I wanted, but then showed that same date and time open when I looked under a different email. They ok'd the second booking, then called me to say that they didn't have anyone to do the work until Monday, at which time I needed the vehicle for work. I called your location, was assured I could have my preferred appointment and that the work would be done same day. At my appointment, it took maybe an hour to diagnose my issue, and approx 2 hours to do the work. I even got home in time to watch the Michigan game. 100% satisfied with the experience.

I took my kid’s car (older Explorer) for an oil change but also wanted the staff to take a look at the underbody chassis for a slight rattle coming from the cat converter area. The manager Jeff was very receptive and willing to help - he complied with my request to take a look underneath, when the vehicle was up in the hoist. He was detailed in explaining all the stuff they saw in the car, including future service needed, and current status. Forget about giving a personalized experience, some of the other shops hardly have time to talk the customers. I was very happy how calm and relaxed the staff was when dealing with me or my car. I was charged 150$ as a electriical checkup for the brake light not working. told them while handing of the vehical that I have replaced the light but not working coud be electrical issue but check the light first.

Next, the technician working on my vehicle had a girlfriend/spouse and a dog next to him as he worked. Wad definately not engaged in his job. Took well over an hour. The wheel alignment was the best that I have ever received and in my opinion might even be better than when the vehicle was new.Also, there was a problem with payment by credit card, but it was resolved to my satisfaction without my intervention.My impression is that everyone at this Midas store wants to do their job right, and that gives me confidence in Midas.

I had a 3:30 appointment and they got me in as soon as I arrived. They inspected my vehicle and showed me exactly what was wrong. I was able to schedule an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and tire pressure issue for very next day at the Canton Midas. Service was performed on time as I waited there. I was offered by the team to take a look at the tire which got damaged due to nail or something and offered to repair immediately and replace immediately or later with reasonable quote.

I think the services that Midas provide are over priced. Therefore, a free oil change after several visits would offset their high prices and motivate me to continue paying for their services.

When I say my tire has a leak, check the tire. Don’t just assume it’s the wheel that’s the problem because it’s bent. I bought a new wheel and two days later my tire pressure sensor triggers. The same tire I went in for needs to be fixed or replaced still.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon for 49.99. Oil change completed and car pulled out. I asked if they did a tire rotation and told by the desk person no and we don't do tire rotations unless asked and presume that you will get th ]e tire rotation some where else. I explained if I just wanted a oil change I would have gone to a drive thru location.

I took my vehicle in for service due to a banging/knocking noise when driving on the freeway. The check-in process was simple and fast. I received a call about an hour later explaining what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. I picked up the vehicle a few hours later and the repairs were successful because the noise is gone. I’m highly satisfied!

I had been servicing my car at Midas for more than 3 years. Of late, service looks to be geared more towards minting more money from customer. Their charges seem to have increased after COVID and also they seem to coerce on unwanted vehicle repair.

I had new brakes and rotors installed on my 2003 Corvette this summer. The original rotors were painted in the center hub area up to where the brake pads rub. The new rotors are unpainted and are beginning to rust around the hub. Doesn't look good agains
