Set and met expectations re timing of work to be done. Oil change included an extensive check list. Staff were friendly and helpful during wait period, answering several questions I had. Also reasonably priced.

Engine Replacement

Truck threw a valve and I decided to install a remanufactured engine instead of repairing old engine. The first remanufactured engine had a crankshaft defect which resulted in oil leaks from the rear main seal. Wound up installing a second engine under warranty...this had a small oil leak which Midas diagnosed and repaired. Jason, Steve & the Midas crew went far beyond the call of duty in getting this back on the road...and dealing with the poor quality control of an engine remanufacturer that I had selected. My highest recommendation....they are honest, knowledgeable and persistent. The truck runs well.

I've been bringing my car (Acura TL) to this Midas shop for over 3 years now. They are very conscientious and thorough. While having my oil changed, they checked other parts of my engine and found that two of my motor mounts were broken. They saved me a lot of hassles & money. Excellent Service

I appreciate that the owner and staff are professional and provide excellent service. I have been to other shops in town that have tried to tell me I have problems with my car, when I know I don't. Midas explains why they feel something should be replaced and they let me make the decision. They don't force it down my throat. Some shops in town act like women don't know anything about their vehicles. I grew up around the car business (my dad was a mechanic, my husband runs a body shop and my son is a mechanica/collision tech ). I appreciate the that they treat me with respect!

Did what needed to be done

Everyone hears stories of fix-it places somehow finding something huge being wrong when you just wanted an oil change. First, I'm embarrassed to say this was my "2 year" oil change. (I pulled the old sticker off.) They did find a couple things wrong, but everything they found I had already been worried about. The price was fair. I asked about new tires and they said mine were actually good for a year or so. Phew! Thanks, Midas!
