I had a frustrating experience at this Midas location with mechanics who seemed inexperienced and struggled to identify the problem. They insisted on selling parts before properly diagnosing the issue, which was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my car in to get a consultation due to the fact that my car wasn’t starting. I thought it was the starter when they looked at it, they thought it was the starter as well. So they change the starter out and they realized that it was a part in the steering wheel area that needed fixed so they fixed that at no extra cost

I understood there was another issue to be repaired upon finding of initial issue. I was not in a good financial position to get the 2ndary critical repaired. the service representative offered a solution that would benefit the business and not my financial burden so I had to decline

There was 3 workers yet I still have to wait until one came from lunch. They had no knowledge of my car.
Scheduling the appointment over the phone was easy. When I arrived to the appointment, I was greeted right away. The employee assisted me offered water to drink.I was there less than 10 minutes before my vehicle was pulled to be serviced.
They didn’t even fix my car I paid $1700 and my car was still overheated and what made me the most mad was I had to drive back up there and it was 5:30 I was only 10 mins away but I had to keep turning my car off because it was overheating and drive in short bursts and when I got there nobody was there and it was 6:02 so I was stranded there until somebody could pick me up and I had to leave my car there overnight so they can try to fix there mistakes and there was no where to leave my keys I literally had to hide them somewhere and now I’m gonna have to call them and tell them where I hid my keys at they couldn’t wait 2 minutes past closing to wait for my keys.

The technician came and spoke with me and provided me with info about my car and even pointed out an issue with my tires that I was unaware of. I had made the trip into Greenville, NC to do some Christmas shopping while driving my wife's vehicle. The oil life screen popped up notifying oil change service was required. When I saw there was only 5% oil life left, I decided to stop in at the Midas store to see if they could take care of our needs. The staff was super friendly! They noted that we were due for a tire rotation as well as a state inspection and they took care of it right away while we waited. We had great service and were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.

The procedure for checking my car was explained. While waiting, I worked on some of my notes. Before I got much done, they had finished their work and then explained that I needed to go to Aamco because my problem was not the fuel pump as I suspected. Their diagnosis said my car is running well. But it has some transmission problems. They even called over Aamco to let them know I would be calling for an appointment. Great, fast service!
First is how the man on the reception greeted me with a smile. Explains everything. The cleanliness of the area. Second they accomodate me even if i just walked in with no schedule. They estimated the time that my car will finiah and he is true to his words. The one who fixed my tire explain everything. He is so friendly I just didnt got his name. Will definetly go back there if my car will have any problem.. highly satisfies costumer here.
