Locked keys in car

Took the car in for a simple state inspection/emissions test. The somehow found a way to lock the keys in the car with it running. Thankfully there is an app for that, and I managed to unlock the door without the use of mechanical tools. Other than that, service was punctual, and met expectations

Appt time

I made the appointment for 3:30. My car didn’t even get on the lift until 4:30. I believe appts. Should be respected first then emission testing. A few people who came in after me left way before me! I was there just for front breaks and to fix a light. It took almost 3 hours.

These guys are just THE BEST

I was traveling 250 miles from home and my cars battery died and I was stalled. We got started with a Jump BUT then the engine would not respond to acceleration . Midas was 2 blocks away and I stopped in to themunannounced and explained my problem to Tim. He graciously ran the test protocols almost immediately and found the engine computer had gone off line because of the battery failure. He reset it for me so I could get home with no further problem, I can't say enough good about these guys. 5 stars isn't enough!! Hank Keller Tinton Falls NJ

I have been to this Midas for two emissions tests now and each time the process is smooth and quick. The employees are pretty friendly and they seem like decent people. I haven't needed any work on my ride lately so I can't speak to their quoting process or work quality, but I would consider them the next time I need something done.

I go here for all my car services. The mechanics are excellent and will bend over backwards to help. I have called 15 minutes before close asking for them to check a sound I heard and my tire pressure and they have helped me graciously. The girls that run the front desk are really helpful and give you the information about the vechiles in layman terms. They have been nothing but courteous and helpful. They work with you with payments and making sure the work gets done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

By itself, it is pretty much any other auto repair center. But what really sold me was the genuinely kind sales lady behind the counter. My receipt names her as C. Holt, and I've never had better service. She made the wait comfortable, seemed knowledgeable, and exercised extreme patience and understanding in not just my service, but in the other customers I witnessed her serve. Went way above and beyond that of a normal Auto Shop salesperson. I'll go back to Midas when my car gives me a reason to seek an Auto Shop.
