I originally took my car in to see why it jerks going down the road. Paid $1392 for service and parts, but still is jerking so I am dropping off to have vehicle rechecked. Grateful for Midas fixing my car or at least get an idea of what’s wrong with it.
Is was a great experience the only thing that were rely busy and I was not told witch might had been a plus’s for me and I could of made other arrangements while my car was serviced..
Great customer service and quick service
Had vehicle towed as steering issue persisted. Technicians found tat this issue cleared itself and with test driving, the problem did not re-occur. And with nothing further to do I picked up my vehicle.
Did not expect them to have the car fixed this quickly. Never in my experience with car mechanics shops did they get the car and have it fixed in the same day. Very impressed

I needed a new battery right away. I was from out of state and my truck battery was cooked! They got me in right away, without an appointment, changed the battery and had me back on the road within the hour.

My appointment was for 0800. The service person didn't take my car until 0825. I was their first appointment. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. But that is why I did not put "Highly Satisfied" I felt it took to too long for them to get started on a fairly simple tire plug. Again, I am satisfied with Midas and I will go back. Great people.
