I was charged for engine diagnostics even though the light went off. They didn't tell me the light was off and ask if I wanted to proceed. I'd have said No!Then they suggested a fuel injection cleaner. They said it blew black smoke...but I saw them take out a personal vehicle and blow exhaust out, laughing, then bringing it back in. They didn't think I could see them. Then manager took my car on a drive without permission for 20+ minutes. He later said to diagnose my issue.🙄He used a quarter tank of my gas.They didn't write the proper mileage on my paperwork either. My car didn't run better after their fuel injection service. They also tried to suggest other things...after telling me my car ran great.This is after trusting them with an oil change and complete new brake pads the week prior. They think women know nothing about cars. But I do. I don't like being ripped off. The brake job already squeaks. I don't trust them at all to fix anything on my car now. Let alone service the brakes they installed.

I went in and asked for a wheel alignment which I got. When I came back to pick it up I was told by the person at the front desk that I had a bad wheel bearing so the alignment will only last 2 days. He was being extremely rude and put me through the wringer to except my coupon. Common decency dictates you let someone know before you force them to waste money. I would have told them to put a new wheel bearing on first but instead you lost a customer as well as someone who will constantly remind people to not go here. I genuinely need a refund.

Jaye was amazing and made me feel right at home. They explained what my vehicle would need in the future and were very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience! They also evenly topped off all 4 of my tires! They are gems. I prefer them over the valvoline oil place and over the dealer. Kudos gold star service 👏👏👏 ✨️✨️✨️
