I needed to be at a meeting an hour and a half after my appointment. They got everything I needed done in 45 minutes. The service was excellent and the people were very polite.

I have bee a Midas customer at this location since moving to Huntsville, AL. Everyone who has worked on my car has been extremely courteous and helpful. I would (and do) recommend that my friends try your facility for any/all their automotive needs.

In and out quickly for oil change
Had scheduled oil change performed - replaced serpentine belt too - all very quickly. and all done right the firs time!

Screwed Wrong
First I want to say I've never had any problems from you guys, that basically you're the best! I specifically come to Midas because of the $20 oil change with free tire rotation you offer. I believe I've been coming since February or March. Sunday, August 6, 2017 I went to Mobile, AL and found out I needed 2 tires replace. Due to the fact it was Sunday, Walmart were the only people open, installing tires. Walmart informed me that one of my nuts were screwed onto my bolt wrong on the front driver side, and they couldn't get it off without possibly breaking it. That being said, I couldn't buy a tire for that one. I wanted to know what it is I need to do concerning this problem.

I've frequented this Midas for some years now and seen the team change. But one thing stays consistent: the level of service for both me and my car. Repair of my Lincoln TC
We were traveling and had car trouble in Bowling Green, Ky. We took our car to a Dealership there. They said it was fixed(after 2 days). We left there and after very few miles it was obvious it wasn't fixed. We got our insurance company to recommend a service station and they sent us to this Midas. When I called for directions, Tyler Thurmondman diagnosed the problem over the phone! Car was fixed and we were on our way within hours. We had been to a funeral up north and he seemed to really be compassionate and understanding of our situation. But mostly he knew his stuff around cars!

Andi and tyler are awesome
I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and oil change. They did a great job. I have a car that has different specs for the same year. They called honda and made sure the alignment was perfect. Tyler called the next day to check up and make sure everything was still great. I will use them for all my car needs from this point till I move on from huntsville.

First class service
This was my first visit to this Midas location and I could not have been more pleased. They took the car in at the appointment time for oil change and tire rotation, and finished ahead of schedule. The inspection was thorough, found no need for additional service but provided a good status report on brakes and tire wear. I will certainly be back.
