The staff was very friendly and thorough. After finding the problem with my vehicle they took me into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong with it!!

The only issue was the lug nut lock that they left in my car during my last tire rotation did not fit my wheels. Strange since Midas is the only one who's touched my tires since I purchased the truck new. Bailey, the new manager, was helpful in explaining how this may have happened (got switched with another truck during my previous visit). He was immediately on the computer looking to order the correct lug nut lock for my truck, so I paid for my oil change (thanks to Bailey's help with the best coupons) and said I'd come back for the tire rotation when the new nut lock arrived. I really like Bailey and think he'll do great things for this store.

I made an appointment online for a special including a tire rotation and full synthetic oil change, was an online ad. Upon arriving I was told a rotation would be extra, and then when I got my final bill I noticed I got synthetic blend. Do they not look at the online coupon that was clicked to schedule the appointment? Even when asked about it I got denied, do they not know what specials are, or does Midas not communicate well with customers on the website?

The employees were very friendly and got the work done quickly. There was some trouble creating an appointment online and someone from the local store called me to follow up. I was very appreciative.

I have recently purchased a used vehicle and needed to have several repairs done. Of course, it's always a major expense to have multiple things repaired. I'm happy with the work that was done and I really like the staff at Midas!

Make sure the windows are up when you pull out the vehicle. It rained inside my car and everything wet. Also need a clean employee to move the car.

Morgan was super helpful and understanding of the service I needed and was able to clearly explain the problem and solution for me. The service was quick and the stress that comes with car problems was quickly gone.

Was told that there was play in the gearbox as to why my steering wheel wasn’t centered. An experienced tech can center the wheel by adjusting both tie rods equally to compensate for the play. Truck is 51 years old but there isn’t much play in the gearbox. Also those can be adjusted by the tech.

Had to bring vehicle back to have something fixed due to loud clanging noise

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help from the time I pulled into the parking lot. The mechanics we very thorough and communicated great throughout the entire visit. They went above and beyond protecting my vehicle from any scratches or messes. They even came to the parking lot to wipe a spot that he thought he saw from inside the shop as I was leaving. It’s rare to find people that respect my truck the way they did. It was my first visit there and I guarantee I’ll be back soon.

I’m very pleased with how they treated me. I was thinking there was something else wrong. They did a thorough check and said what they recommended. Priced out stuff, but told me what was needed and what could wait. Price of tires was very comparable to competition.

Mechanic listened and diagnosed the issue before I even left the lot. Communication was up front about all prices.

Cost of the repairs

Vehicle was scheduled for break replacement at 1pm on Friday. I was told it would be finished by the end of the day. So, we did not make any other plans.At 5pm I was told it was not going to be ready until morning, but not too late.The reason for the delay was something to do with rust.I had to make the first call at 11:30am on Saturday to check the status. I was told it wouldn't be much longer. Again, we did not make plans for the day based on this.At 2:30pm I called back to get an update. I was told it was almost finished. It was finally finished at 3:30pm.I also requested for a leak to be fixed in my tire. I was told they could not find the leak. I clearly found it the other day.

Was over charged $32.* for oil change on May 27. Four phone calls to Midas. No calls back. Mgr. acknowledges the over charge. Had to fill out lengthy paperwork with bank. Bank froze the funds. Should have used a major credit card rather than bank card. C

Good guys but lack of knowledge causing extensive labor hours and redoing repair work

Unfortunately we were charged over $2500 and had to get everything redone because of poor service. This place would be my last choice. We tried to politely reason with the location and corporate. Both not willing to put the customer first.
