Took my car to get brakes, oil change done. We were going to get tires but decided to wait. We were NOT told at all the tires were so bad there were wires showing on two tires! IF we were told we NEVER would have WAITED. They even rotated the tires to the FRONT on my FRONT wheel drive car!! They let us leave KNOWING it was a deathtrap and we're were unaware the tires were that bad. Had to use spare tires to get to Walmart today to get new tires on. Afterwards found out they also over tourqed my lug nuts! Your guys are going to get drivers severely injured!!

Hire trained technicians that are able to diagnose problems to at least give a reason why the work requested could not be done. I asked if something needs to be replaced or what could be done to achieve an alignment and was told they just couldn't perform it.
