I appreciate the coupon that was mailed to me for an oil change and visual inspection with tire rotation. They recommended new battery and tires.(usually it's several more suggested fixes) I don't think the tires were rotated as my R.Rear tire had a chalk mark from a flat tire and the tire did not change positions.

I was so happy the way I got greeted and treated, they really listen to your problems, and lend a helping hand. Customer Service is 100 % excellence, which is hard to come by these days. As for the service I am still wandering. Pulled my truck into the bay and it was semi purring then pulled it out of the bay after they fixed clutch and my truck sounds worst then it ever has. Its got a horrible rattling noise and still shifting 500 RMP under like it was before I took it in.

Something happened to the underside of my car the previous night causing me to think the exhaust or suspension needed repair. I planned to leave town later today so I took my car in first thing this morning. I did not have an appointment but they were able to get me right in and diagnose the problem. They also found I needed two tires. This did not surprise me as I had recently made that observation myself. They had a pair in stock, which they put on quickly. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They were super friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend this shop to others! Thank you for helping me start me holiday weekend worry free!!
