We are near the end of a 2,000 mile road trip and our tires started making a bad sound. We pulled into the Midas shop 30 minutes before they closed and CT test drove our car and fixed the problem in minutes, super great and friendly service.

The air conditioning in our 2005 JEEP Liberty stopped blowing cold air and we assumed it needed recharging. Our local Midas took a look and within a hour had made the required repairs that had nothing to do with the actual air conditioner. They did what it took to get us back on the COOL road. I took my 98 Jeep to Midas for the first time to see if the air conditioner could be resurrected from an unknown number of years of inoperation. Mr Montjoy not only knew exactly what was wrong with the AC, but went the extra mile to explain what was happening with my blower switch, and fixed it - outside of normal expectations (one of my electrical connectors was melted). I am amazed I have fridgid AC now, in a 20 year old car- thank you Midas

Thank you to the Klamath Falls Midas Muffler for repairing our Chevy 4 x4 truck. All the employees were considerate, caring and anxious to help us get back on the road. We limped in witb a 5th wheel attached and we had ample space to disconnect and have the techs check out our truck for power loss issues. After replacing a fuel filter and electrical connector, we are back on the road. Superio service demands kudos and a big thank you to all.

We are driving through Oregon on our way home to Canada when the air suspension on our Audi gave out. With winter storms blocking the highways we weren't able to get the car towed to an Audi dealer, and spent three days stranded with no repair place willing to deal with us, since there were so many accidents and breakdowns that were easier to deal with. Until we contacted Steve, the owner of Midas. He agreed to give it a try and see if he could get us back on the road. He diagnosed the problem, tracing it to faulty sensor, then, with no hope of getting a new sensor due to the road conditions, came up with a jury rig to get us back on the road. When we got the bill, we protested: it was far too low, but Steve was resolute that we had been through enough already and he wasn't going to charge us any more, escorting us out the door still protesting Thank you Steve. Your kindness and knowledge is so very much appreciated!
