I've been coming to Midas Huntington Beach for 2 years & always receive excellent customer service. They are truly knowledgeable & honest. A big thanks to Tim (customer service) & Ray (service tech) on my last visit for fixing the car's belly pan that was starting to fall off. Tim said it just needed a few bolts to keep it in place & didn't charge me! I am so glad my son told me about Midas HB after his amazing service.

Hello I would like to thank Tim for helping me when I pulled in because I thought I had overfilled my engine w oil that morning. I didn’t call ahead, I basically drove up and said help! Tim was obviously busy and he told me he would get to me as soon as he possibly could and yet he offered to take a quick look. Turns out, as I suspected, that I know absolutely zero about cars and not only did Tim address the situation but he also passed along a bit of knowledge pertaining to my specific circumstance, as to avoid that from happening again on my own! I left Midas w no car troubles and a little bit wiser! Also, because of Tim’s curtesy I didn’t have to wait my turn to be seen. I appreciate so much what that man did for me that day. I will definitely return to get a checkup on my vehicle. Thank you Tim!

Great service from great mechanics

Had my wife's Dodge Grand Caravan towed in late one night after the engine failed. All the guys worked with us to get this vehicle back into top running shape. Ended up one of the intake valve springs failed and it was decided to rebuild both heads after weighing partial repair options. It was my first time at Midas and I had a very pleasant experience. The person at the front desk, I believe his name is Henry?, was very friendly, very helpful and very respectful to me and others who were also there for service. He had a cordial disposition and was knowledgeable about the services needed for the customers coming in. I believe that the cost for the services provided was fair and i feel that I received great service on my car as well as great customer service, overall good value for the money. Despite the other customers having service that day, your mechanics performed the services on my car in a timely manner so I didn't feel that I was waiting forever for mine to be done. I will definitely return to this Midas again for future services and would recommend to others. Thank you! Much appreciated service!!!

Over time, trial and error, has led me to feel confident about what Henry, Manager, recommends. I was told by another shop that I needed two thousand dollars worth of repairs. I brought it to Henry and he went through each item with me. He even showed me what he took from my car, showing me that most of them I did not need. Best Customer Service Ever

It was so hard to find a good and fair mechanic in a city that I didn't grow up in. Midas HB makes me feel like I have always been part of this community. Henry is an amazing manager that really wants to make things right. I have had a reoccurring issue with my Hyundai shaking. The check engine light is not on but I feel the shaking. I was so upset with the dealer not helping. I took it to Henry and the Midas HB Team. They drove the car and were able to determine that I had two bad coils. Had the car in at 7:30am and out by 12pm on a Saturday. I refer this shop to all of my friends.
