My family has not had a really good experience with Midas this past year. During visits to Midas in Florida and Texas, we were not impressed and not treated well. At both locations, they actually caused damage to our car. After taking it to Rico’s Midas in corona, I changed my mind on how I feel about Midas. His store should be the national training store. They are polite, truthful, fast, and very knowledgeable. It also helped that Rico was a master tech for Mercedes for 10 years, so his knowledge on German vehicles comforted me. 10/10! I would definitely go back to his location, no questions asked.
The associate explained in detailed the services to be completed on our cars. When we called to bring our cars in for service, the associate responded, "yes bring in your cars in for service". The price of the services were very reasonable.

Work was good and appreciated...but, I'm glad you reached out. My son and I have been there a couple times in the past with same vehicle and no complaints of work/service. This past visit he had about $5 in quarters in center cubby. Noticed when almost home, it was gone. Not a big amount of money obviously, but just the principle of the matter- It should not have been touched. Therefore since this small amount of change was so important to an employee there who's only concern should have been repairing the vehicle, and apparently NEEDED the loose change more than my son, you have unfortunately lost us as a regular customer. I would say that trade is really not beneficial to you or your business. I myself am a business owner and understand that you cannot place blame on any individual without having proper proof to accuse. But, I would recommend having a quick meeting with the employees to let them ALL know so not singling any particular person out at least what went on, and that it is unacceptable and could be grounds for termination. Anyway, this is not to complain, but more just to inform of the matter. Thank you
I had to take it back two times because the brakes were not adjusted properly and they didn’t put the wheel wheel guard back on. They need to have someone test drive cars before they let them go and overlook the work.

Usually a checklist is provided for the car as to what issues they might be with it. This time there was no checklist provided. Also, at my last service I was told that my cabin filter needed to be changed. I decided at that time not to have it changed. This time at the latest service the cabin filter was not mentioned. Surely the cabin filter did not come clean by itself. So I was it even checked. This makes my confidence in what was done to the car and question.
I had an issue with my steering after I got my oil change and alignment. Called it in the next day and they set me up with an appointment.40min after I took my car in the problem was resolved. Highly satisfied they were able to fix the issue. Thanks Midas team.

I came with you because I blew a tire on my trailer on Fwy 91 and received very good service and help at that time!!!! I want to thank the entire Midas team, from the cashier to the person who fixed my wheels!!! They gave me incredible service!!!!!
Service was good but I think prices are a little over priced just like everything else in society right now.
I felt that this Midas used a bait and switch tatic. I received a mailer with a coupon for a conventional oil change for $19.99. When I called to make my appointment, I confirmed all my information including the request to use synthetic blend oil and they said they would honor the discount. From a previous visit for another vehicle, I was told their conventional oil is a synthetic blend. When I got there, they said that the coupon was for conventional oil, they do not carry conventional oil, my car uses synthetic or synthetic blend, and they would not honor my coupon. So I was charged more than the coupon. If the location does not have conventional oil, why send out a mailer for a conventional oil change. In my opinion, this is a bad business tactic.
The entire crew is always a pleasure to talk with and they're always very transparent with any issues they find and my options for handling them. The store manager, Rico, was very kind and would check in on my in lobby from time to time.

From the day I called for a quote, made an appointment, dropped my car off and and checked it in, the communication that I received throughout the day till the time I picked it up that same day was just perfect customer service. My check engine light went on and that is the dreaded sign to ever see in your car! Appointment was on time. Serviceman suggested a replacement for a part. He did not try to sell me the most expensive item. I received a synthetic oil change and all new wipers in less than an hour. Dashboard was reset. Everything is great!
