This is my second Midas store in both places have cost me thousands of dollars. I used to use the one in Mission Viejo and I went to this one because I figured it would be better. I took my car in to get an alignment and wheels put on. They made me buy new tires as they said that the tires were wearing incorrectly so I did a four wheel alignment and now I take it back eight months later and they tell me that I need all new tires because the front rim has a crack in it, but yet all the tires are wearing wrong. I then told him well it had a four wheel alignment. Why is it wearing badly? That's what the alignment was for. His remark to me was that was nine months ago we can't be responsible for something that was done nine months ago. Now they want me to buy a new set a tires, another rim, and have another alignment. I am going to go on and give mitis the worst review ever on yelp. I asked for the owners information to get in contact with him directly, and they refused. The management there is very negative and very nasty. I will take this to the next level.

Overall i think the experience was fine. The oil change was taking a lot longer than normal and i was thinking something was wrong with the car. Finally i started pacing around and they noticed and told me it was because they didn't have a particular filter and was waiting for it to arrive. Would have been good if I was told that was the situation.

I had a coupon for a $30.00 oil change and since I found it online I was worried it might not be accepted but it was and the process was very quick and easy. The customer service was excellent and they even called me before my car was ready to give me a heads up it would be done soon. It was overall an easy and pleasant experience.

I got a flat on freeway. Tow truck dropped me off near this location. Spoke with counter person, and he found a tire and replaced it for me within an hour.

called, made the appointment, took my truck down there and dropped it off, they called to let me know the price after reviewing the brakes. I told them go for it, and about 90 mins later thay called and said it was ready to be picked up. Great, fast and friendly service. I will go back for sure!!

replaced a broken gasket head. Then about 14 miles later check engine light came on. Turns out the replacement was bad (cracked?) so had to have it replaced again. Service and agents were fine but extra time and disruption having to bring it back and wait for work to be redone.
