We actually didn't care what the oil change cost because our Saturn has a plastic housing that holds the filter and Take 5 wouldn't service our car. The manager was extremely pleasant and kept us in the loop. Also, we waited longer because there was an issue with the car ahead of us. Everything went great and the pricing was we felt very reasonable.

after I had just gotten my new tires, I needed a wheel alignment completed. I was recommended by Discount Tire to go to Midas, so I called the store. Upon answering, I was told that no appointment needed to be made, and that they had open availability. To me, that meant that they would be able to get me in and out quickly! sadly, that was not at all true. I sat there for 3 1/2 hours, with barely any updates on my car. I was told that they were having complications with the car before mine, which I don't know why that was even a problem. Don't they have enough people? I couldn't believe how long it was taking. If I would've known it would be that long to be taken care of, I would have gone elsewhere. Not to mention, the problem wasn't even fixed and I still paid full price for a scrappy expensive service … My car shakes the same as it did before the wheel alignment. I definitely do not recommend Midas and I will never be a returning customer.

I brought in my car due to issues with a caliper on the rear passenger side of the car. I left the car on Friday they said they would not be able to look at till Saturday. That was not a problem. I finally called on Wednesday and the person I person spoke to told me the car would need new brakes, rotors and calipers all the way around. I had replaced all the brakes the day before I took it in. I replaced the caliper that was the problem just needed to have it bled off. Needless to say, I say declined the service and picked the car on Saturday. The guy that gave the keys told me nobody had even looked at the car period. They just wanted to charge me $900 for a service that was not needed. Took it somewhere else and was only charged $90 to bleed off the caliper. Service was a complete joke and a total rip off!!!! Will never ever go back there again and would not recommend to anyone.

Tim told me I needed an engine air filter when I did not. I just had Gene Messer put one in two weeks ago. I was not thinking they had not done it and so I emailed them and they sent me pictures of the before and after filter. You could tell it was a definitely a new one. And theysaid the debris that it has now would be consistent with two weeks of driving in lubbock, texas. They said the midas guys were good. And that they just need more training. I don't think so. After doing this for 20 years that you would need more training than that.

Midas should teach business ethics to all dealerships. I brought vehicle in with one damaged lug needing to be replaced and the shop damaged the other 5 so that I would need a complete axle replacement for minimum of $1500. I told Tim I would pick the vehicle up and look at buying a replacement, and he offered to purchase the car he damaged for his brother. I picked the car up with a trailer and drilled out all 6 damaged lugs. 6 new wheel stud bolts were installed with no issue and the vehicle is back on the road. I would have only had to drill one before I dropped it off at Midas, which is a mistake I won't make again.

Towed car in for battery or alternator issue. I also requested balance and rotation and oil change. Next thing I know I have new spark plugs, new gaskets and none of the original work order was completed. I left out with a $1900 bill and original work wasn’t completed. I’m a disabled veteran and your services went 3x passed my budget leaving me to take out a loan I might not be able to pay back in time. All together this felt like a bank and business association scam. Just being honest, I could have got this treatment at Firestone. THEY EVEN OPENED THE STORE ON SUNDAY TO SCREW ME. LOOK AT MY RECEIPT.

The issue with my truck was not fixed. When i went back to the store, the customer service rep ask me why i didn't just take it to discount tire.
I called early in the day to find out if the location could do an oil change if I brought in the oil, oil filter and air filter and how much it would cost. My husband is a mechanic and truck driver so while he can tell me what parts/items to buy, he can't exactly walk me through how to do the oil change myself. I spoke to Tim, who answered the phone promptly, got the details needed to quote me $25 for the oil change. He was friendly and I told him I'd be in that afternoon. When I arrived, the store was busy, with several cars in line ahead of me. I got all checked in, and was told it could be awhile but I was welcome to wait in the lobby. I sat down and waited. While the store stayed busy, I watched as the gentlemen at the desk answered phones, checked customers out, maintained a friendly, and professional atmosphere. After about an hour, I was told my car was ready. I paid for it and I was out the door. It was the perfect experience.
One of the best car service experiences I have had. I had a problem with my car and they let me know and gave me the an affordable pricing and discount if I decided to go back and get it serviced.

Tire service was poor. Came in with a tire that had wire showing so I purchased two new tires. Even though the service was two hours long, I left the lot with this tire still on my car which was missed by the staff on duty. Though, I did receive fair compensation for this issue and I will be returning. I’ll just be more clear about what issues I have with my car and I’ll make sure to double check and communicate with the staff better throughout my service

Took my car in on Friday and was told it would probably be ready on Saturday. No one ever called me. Monday comes around and still no phone call. At 1 pm I called them and they said it had been ready since Saturday. I went to pick it up (paid over $3900) and I had some lights flashing on the dashboard. They had to check it back in and I had to wait another hour and a half.
The service was done so quickly. They were so professional and communicated with me the issues my car was having, when other places had looked multiple times and never voiced there was an oil leak. They explained the problem but were not pushy on getting it fixed at that moment. But they told me the price and what all would be included. All of the employees made me feel that I was taken care of.

Dropped off my car to get my brakes checked thinking I needed new brake pads and a brake flush. Turns out I just needed a brake flush and it was very quick and the associate let me know in a timely manner the cost and how long it would take.
The gentleman over the phone was able to confer with me about assessing my vehicles check engine light, which was inspected in addition to locating a leak and fixing the coolant leak. They were friendly, and prior to bringing my vehicle in I spoke to three different people. The vehicle is ready in two days, considering where the leak was found, it was extremely impressive. Fast, Friendly, and Reliable!
Although it took twice as long as they said initially they did do a very good job on my vehicle. The guy I spoke to in person and on the phone was/were respectful and helpful. I’d rather it take longer but get done right than the other way around.

I scheduled an appointment for between 1:30-3:30. Got there at 1:30 and did not leave until 5:00. Walk ins came in and out before my car even moved. All I needed was a stud and lug nut.
The gentleman that helped me was very kind. He explained to me that he was not sure if what he suggested would take care of my problem. It took care of the problem, & actually fixed something else. He was trying to save me some money, & I am very thankful for that.

I had an engine misfire on my truck. It was the weekend and I took it to Pep Boys initially. They diagnosed the problem but did not feel comfortable performing the repairs. I took it to Midas as it was late on Saturday. I did not feel too confident that Midas would perform the repairs as I thought they mainly focused on brakes and exhausts.I met with Zach Powell who explained that the plugs and coil packs would need to be replaced and he described the process in detail also noting that he would only supply OEM parts. This was a major repair on a truck with very high mileage. Zach and his team did an outstanding job and my six hour drive home following the repairs was smooth and trouble free. I would have no hesitation in bringing a vehicle back to this location again. Thank you Zack and your team for making an old truck young again.

The price I paid for a part was completely outrageous. The supplier changed 2.5 times the normal price for a rear brake light assembly for my 2017 Yukon XL. The guys were nice and apologetic, but it was still way to much. I was leaving town and had no choice (I felt) but to pay it and move on. But, I'm not happy paying $1000 for a normally $400 part.
They explained exactly what was wrong with my truck and told me two ways to fix it and what would be the best one. They also quoted me the price for both and that was what I paid.

My AC is not cool enough I don’t know if they just don’t put enough freon or what but it’s 92 degrees outside and it’s still not cool in my car.
the staff was honest about the services that my car actually needed and I did not feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me. I went to the audi dealership to service my car and they tried to tell me that every one of my brakes and brakes pads, all of my tires, and other things were wrong with my car. The guys at midas did a full inspection of my car and told me exactly and honestly what services mt car needed.

Service Personnel re-aligned my car to make it perfect.
I had an appointment from 09:30-11:00. I showed up at 09:55. My vehicle wasn't eval regarding my concern until 11:00. My vehicle wasn't put on the rack until 11:45. It didn't make sense to had an appointment if it's first come, first serve. If I knew this, I wouldn't have made an appointment. I would have brought it in earlier when the store opened.

Even though I had an appointment, it still took a very long time for an oil change. He did explain that they were short staffed that day. They did not rotate the tires because they said the rear shocks were blown, and they couldn’t safely rotate them. When I asked if they could replace the shocks they said they didn’t know if they could due to a shortage of parts, but they did explain it very well.

I dropped off my my truck at 8:00 for my appointment to have my wheel alignment done and have my A/C checked. It wasnt done until 2:00 and then they called to tell me several other things that my truck needed that I didnt ask them to look at. great and friendly service but the booster is still very noise.
I go to MIDAS for one reason only, I have the credit card that allows me to finance the service for 6 months without interest. The quality of the work is good as does the parts, yet they never give you options of brands for your parts hence you don't get to choose a cheaper part if its available.
