I was able to schedule an appointment for my car on a Thursday afternoon, they were able to get my car in very quickly after I called, and had an entire inspection done, fluids replaced and my issue resolved before they closed on Friday.
They are stocking the tires I need for our fleet. When we need them they take care of us.

The two mechanics I worked with Jay and Niven are the best. They have a very impressive knowledge of cars and are highly skilled. It was fantastic working with them trying to figure out what was causing the problem with my engine. Then they fixed it. I could not have been happier. This will be the first place I go or recommend for maintenance, including serious engine repairs.
Before the service my car had no issue. I just wanted to get oil change. Once they gave me my keys back, my engine light was on. I immediately went back in to ask what happened to my car. The lady on the front desk Ms. Sierra started lying, saying that it was already on. When did she get in my car? I had no issues, there was no light on dashboard. When I scanned through OBD2 scanner, it showed P0031 code which is my o2 sensor failed. Now I have to pay all that out of pocket, but why? What is my fault in this situation? I brought my car to your service, paid the service fee, and because of your technicians fault, it damaged me mentally, and financially. I am worried about what other damages happened to my car, but I can not take my car to diagnosis because I can not pay $200 just to learn how your technician damaged to my car.

The staff was awesome, especially the young lady at the front desk (forgot her name). They help me out of a tight spot since my vehicle started leaking coolant 11 hours from home. We came down for vacation and the last thing we expected was a broken vehicle. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue with very little vacation time wasted. One o the only places I know I won’t have to return with issues. I have been bringing my vehicles here since 1990. Although owners and managers change, the quality of service is exceptional. I was extremely happy with this visit. Clean, new chairs, tv, and awesome personnel. You won’t be dissatisfied, especially with Lifetime Warranty. I have used warra multiple times, because we keep vehicles for up to 10 years. Pads wear out, great place for warranty work. I had an exhaust leak on my Titan pick-up. Midas found the leak and discussed that it may still be under warranty from Nissan; suggesting I may want to check with Nissan. It turns out the leak was covered by warranty. Midas not only found where issue was, they also saved me a bundle of money by suggesting it may be covered under warranty. I've had several other times when the same Midas has worked with me and helped me fix things in the most economic way possible. They are my 'go to' shop for most repairs.
I was told my calipers were fine. Two hours into my 11 drive home my right rear caliper seized up. My pad eventually cracked and the rotor is smoked blue. I was able to make it home. Taking it to local Midas tomorrow to have it looked at again. $1,100 is a lot more than what I’m used to paying. I guess they saw that out of state license plate and knew they had me. Vacation is already expensive enough without feeling like I was over charged, but what was I to do?
They just do really a good good job and are customer oriented.
Manager and front desk were friendly, but raised the quoted priced from $600 then to $900+ then finally paid $1K+. It also took more than a week to finally get the simple two parts. The parts and service were overpriced.
I normally do my own oil changes and the only reason why I needed to do an oil change was cuz I was away from home. I'm not going to change doing my own oil changes not because Midas was poor but just because it was my only solution facing where I was located at the time. An hour and a half is a little too long for a little change when it only takes me usually 15 minutes

The manager, Jay was extremely nice. I drove 2 hours to that location , because the Midas in Fayetteville,GA did a horrible job, the GM at that store never contacted me back to fix the issue. So I decided to contact the store on Ft.Walton, and Jay took great care of me, he also called me the next day to make sure everything was ok with my truck. I would recommend anyone to go to that location. The staff was nice as well! Oh and the bathroom was even clean considering it was a unisex bathroom! Jay thanks for taking really good care of me!
I was ripped off! I was told that my front brakes and back brakes were out but I knew it was only my front brakes and they had just started making slight noise then he wanted to charge me over $1,000 to put on front and back brakes! Totally scammed I will never return and I advise others not to

I had a serpentine belt come off due to traveling through a very deep puddle faster than I should have. No damage, but the belt just needed to be reinstalled. The shop put an inexperienced mechanic (under supervision) to do the job, but he continually misrouted the belt, and couldnt get it on. After about an hour, the guy who should have done the work got after it, and it was done is short order. For the privilege of OJT, I was handed a bill for $53.40. Had I not been stranded and at the mercy of this shop, my regular mechanic would probably have done the job gratis. Certainly $15 to $20 for what should be a 5-minute job would have been fair. Will I go back? Are you kidding?
