Deephaven Midas has been servicing our cars for over 20 years. I have always been very satisfied and am not interested in going anywhere else for service. They are reasonably priced, convenient, friendly, professional, and keep our high mileage cars running reliably.

First off, I would never take my car anywhere else. Deephaven Midas has an excellent team, all around A team. The staff is polite and informative, they clearly explain what is wrong and what possible solutions are. If it is a typical oil change it is quick and reasonably priced. When they give you an estimate wait time they are always accurate. The facility itself is very clean. They have a selection of beverages while you wait. I know the following things are is silly but the disposable coffee cups actually hold the coffee and are not made of styrofoam. The bathrooms are very clean. To summarize, great team, excellent service and attention to detail to create a clean and likable waiting area.

I stopped in to top off air in a tire and get scheduled for an oil change- not only did they put air in, but found a nail and helped me navigate getting asap during the busy holiday time.

I go there for the maintenance on all my cars. It is in my neighborhood, I feel like the managers there are my friends. I can easily get an appointment that fits my schedule and often the same day if it is a leaky valve or something that needs immediate attention. The prices are reasonable, much less than what I would pay at the Tesla or Mercedes Dealer.

It was easy to set an appointment online for a window of time so I could plan ahead. I received a text with instructions and a more specific time to drop the car off. Later I got a text that it was done and I picked up at my convenience. Everything was easy and didn’t throw off my whole schedule to get it done. I also felt reallyConfident in the staff and their work.
The team at my Midas location i(Deephaven) is always so helpful when ever I have a vehicle issue. They also thoroughly explain the issues and make sure I understand them
Last couple times I brought in my oil and filter I was only charged $10 or $15 for labor. This time it was $20. I also was looking for a battery replacement. It ended up being less expensive at the Ford dealer so I got it there.

Very happy with the service provided. My car was completed when promised, and they seem to do good work. The price seemed fairly high, but they did honor a coupon that I brought in, so I was able to save $50.

I scheduled appointment online. Arrived at Midas and was greeted by a manager who was professional and polite. He explained the pricing of the service I was scheduled for and asked if I had any questioned. Told me how long the service would take and said he would text me, see a video or contact me when done. I will absolutely recommend and go back to this Midas location. Exceeded expectations.
This Midas is one half mile from my home. We do most of our service there. The guys are very friendly and accommodating. There was a screw in my wife's tire and they let us drop it off ten minutes after I called them on a saturday. we were going out of town for the rest of the weekend and would pick it up on Monday. They called later to say that the lug nut key was not in the car. I was able to borrow a set of the lug nut keys from the Mercedes dealer but they would only let me have it for a couple or hours. Dave agreed to fix the tire right away so I could get the tools back in time. Always great service with these guys.

We brought in our son's Silverado and initially thought all we needed was oil change and possibly AC recharge. Upon inspections, we found out that his tires were showing cords and might not have made it home (Sauk Rapids) without incident. Also was told that the ball joints were all worn and likely contributing to excessive tire wear. Throw in new brakes all around and we left with a great riding truck! The good folks were able to get that all done in a day, when all they thought they needed to do for us was a 30min oil change. Kids these days, under reporting the issues on his truck!! The service was fine. But all I came in for was an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 4. Didn't get in until 430. And they weren't done until nearly 6 p.m. I get short-staffing is a problem. But 2 hours for just an oil change is too long. Again, I had no issues with the service. The staff is very friendly and communicative. The time is the only issue I had.
After dropping off my car, I received a call a short time later to discuss what the problem was that caused the vibration in my front end. I was the intended fix would entail and what the cost and fix time would would be, and then my car was fixed as promised.

They assisted me after my auto accident, in my neighborhood so safe to bring the car in. They handled the claim estimate with my insurance company and gave me a loaner. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. At lot needed to me done and they did it quickly within one week.

I made an appointment online but nobody called to confirm it. So I had to call the next day and make a new appointment time instead. This has happened before as well.
Online appointment (confirmed by email) was not scheduled at the location. Oil change took a couple of hours - and staff were unaware of the details already submitted during online scheduling.

I came in for an appointment for a tire rotation and a multi point inspection. Both services were completed in less than an hour. After I dropped off the vehicle I went jogging. The services were finished before I finished jogging so It worked out perfectly. I did not spend any time waiting for my vehicle.

In the past Midas did an unauthorized service; changed my ‘old’ serpentine belt with an added big upcharge. I had just had that belt changed two weeks prior at another location. It was not ‘worn’, but new. Did not return for several years. Do not trust Midas. They try to sell yyou unnecessary added service. I only use Midas now because they are within walking distance of my home. Convenient. But I’m extremely leery.

I have been bringing vehicles to Deephaven Midas for 2 years now. I respect the leadership and their honesty. I don't believe they lead me to unnecessary and costly repairs. My last visit I was surprised by the price of a starter and was offered a cheaper option which I appreciated.
