I was able to get in for my oil change and tire rotation the next day. Check in was quick and never received a quote of service total other than what was on my coupon of $59.99. What are the shop supplies of $5.10 showing on my bill? I never see that they filled my wiper fluid so am never sure where this add on to the bill comes from? The car was done quickly and appreciate the soda.

I raised the point that I felt the repair required had or should have been completed while spending over $2200 on related repairs just 4 months prior. There seemed to be no interest in examining what exactly was/wasn't done at that time despite mentioning I had all receipts in my glove box.

Went in for recall service. Initially told the part was not available. Later told part was available.Had a problem with heater. After inspection was told it was a plugged heater coil that would cost $1,000. I was never told there was a star issued by Chrysler to try flushingthe coil.
