I was told that the lift points on the underside of the car appeared too rusty to use. That their is some metal, maybe the heat shield, was bent and hanging loose. The shop I regularly used did not tell me about these. My car was ready when I was told it would be.

Was told it will take 45 minutes to complete oil change at item of making appointment,when I showed up the guy said 1 hour 20 minutes. If that was the case I would have dropped off and picked up. The person wrote down that I had a 2014 Caravan when that was a car I previously owned and do not own any longer. I was told I need 2 extra quarts of oil and never given a price per quart. I was shocked when it was $11 per quart. I was told over the phone I would be given the oil change coupon, when I was checking out I was not given the discount you wanted $131 for an oil change which is ridiculous. I will never get my car serviced at any Midas again and I will make sure to share this experience on social media.

Be honest about work done, if you need a lug nut key call and ask where it is, it was in the glove box. Don't touch all over my clean car, wipe any marks off from touching. There were full hand prints on both fenders, doors, near the windshield on both sides, not necessary for just an oil change and my car was completely clean when I brought it in. I noticed some techs were wearing gloves but obviously not the ones working on my car.

After you complete the job double check to make sure all parts comoleted on a vehicle is safe and secure for customers. Maybe taking photos or video clips as evidence of the job completed.Make sure all tools, nuts and bolts are are secured and unwanted items removed completely from the vehicle. The mechanic(s) left tools and bolts on under the hood of the vehicle that sprinkles the roadways when the customers drop off Midas lot and onto the highway.

I got 2 tires put on my car and when I got home to check tire pressure one was at 65 psi and the other was at 25 psi both valve stem caps were missing and the tires weren't even put on at the balance point markings.

The problem I have is I own a 2020 Toyota which requires speacil oil. The service writer called me up to counter said car is all done paid went outside for car to be pulled up. Waited 5 minutes went back in to a empty waiting room, went to service door looked into bay to see my hood open. An additional 5 minutes later I look again know theirs mobil oil on engine . A little longer later writer is back I said is there a problem, you said car was ready 15 minutes ago. He replied nope. After 21 minutes car was brought to me. So was wrong oil put in first? Dishonest writer no apology no discount. And finally your midas tag with date and mileage. well midas could not even enter correct date. I'll spend the extra 20 bucks and go to Toyota
