Oil change should have taken 1 hour and it took 2 hours. I was not happy with the long time it took to do the service.
Don't quote just over a thousand dollars for repairs, then charge over $1500. Don't call the customer to pick up the vehicle until the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Don't claim that the price quoted includes all parts and labor, then claim "miscommunication" through some other employee as the basis for charging 150% of quote.

Having the location open on Saturdays and ease/speed of getting in and dropping off my vehicle. I didn't wait very long, even though I showed up to my appointment early. There were four people and we were all seen in order of arrival.

Keep their word, if the courtesy vehicle person asks if you’re gonna need a ride back you say yes, you expect them to pick you up not to call us and tell us a can’t be accommodated after they told you it could be accommodated. Also if forgotten to give the customer their wheel lock key and they tell you that they’ll have it there tomorrow you would expect it at the front desk if a technician leaves early. But no I had to get off of work early and be told that the technician left and that they can get me my wheel lock key even after the the front desk guy said he would have it the next day there. My wife went to go pick it up during lunch in the front desk. Guy again told her the technician was out to lunch and he couldn’t get it. My wife and let him know that she was awesome lunch but she was told they would have the key in front of the desk so the front desk I said to come back and she said she would come back in her break to get it from him. But it’s ridiculous. Because a customer should’ve been handed the wheel lock key and they could’ve also put it on the side in the front desk if the front desk stays open longer than the technicians do with their name on it and phone number.
Besides a basic oil change I had a loose bolt on my door and I was very pleased when Robert at the front desk took care of my problem aswell. As a single mom I have no else to help with car repairs but Midas customer service did a great job
Over the years the customer service has progressively taken a step backwards. I know people can be hard to deal with nowadays but a little empathy goes a long way. At least fake it while we're there so we don't end up with feelings of doubt
