Pricing and scope of brake service was not communicated prior to starting work. I had to call to find out scope and pricing when work was already in process. Also had a need for a tire repair which I was told could not be patched due to location of hole created by nail. When I arrived was told tire should be replaced in the near future and they had done a temporary plug. I asked whether tire could be replaced with a new tire with a 12 tread depth when other tires were at 7-8 tread depth a 4-5 differential for an AWD vehicle. They said that would be OK. I asked what options they could offer if I were to purchase 4 new tires. The response I received was the need to stay with the same brand of tire I currently have ie. Continental. Did not understand why this was necessary. Have decided to replace all four tires at another dealer.

Was told at check out that inspection revealed no other issues. After I left I reviewed the inspection report and it rated my rear brakes in the red at 3mm. In addition, no sticker was placed on windshield for oil change. Had to go back in to get a sticker. They brought out a new sticker which had mileage from previous visit. Had to request another sticker with correct mileage. Also noticed my receipt had the previous mileage not current mileage

I was very satisfied with the experience. They explained the price for the full synthetic oil change for my vehicle which was higher than what was told to me on the phone the day before. So they took off $ 20 and I was satisfied. After the oil change I was told that everything else looked great on the vehicle. I like the fact that the tire rotation was included and they checked the inflation of the tires as well. I will definitely return for my next oil change and also include my wife's car as well.

I called them after another auto service misrepresented their offering and when I got there, they stated that the charge for my vehicle was double the advertised amount.I called Midas and they said they could take me immediately. I brought in two muffers in to be installed it took less then an hour and they charged me $375.00 for two 6 inches pieces of pipe i'll never go back.

The oil change is reasonably priced and they take the time to do a service check to tell you what else you're might need which you have the option to allow them to do those other services or not.
