Manager Nick is probably the best mechanic manager that I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgable and straight forward. He tried to accommodate me in every way possible. The work was done great and in a timely manner. I have found a new spot to bring my vehicles to.

Can't beat this service
I have some car issues including bad tires which were not in the budget to replace, but not only did the midas crew help me with the one I desperately needed to replace but the pointed out the issues with the rest and gave me some time to save for the other tires. They were respectful and fast when it came to getting the job complete. I look forward to working with them to getting my car like new again.

Oil change 
nick was great but i’m Not happy that they didn’t rotate my tires. It says it on the paper but I always mark my tires before I bring them in and when it was returned, the tires were clearly not rotated. It was stated to me that they do this every other oil change which I feel is not correct. I get an oil change every 6-8000 miles.

I noticed I had a nail in my tire in Staten Island but I waited to go to my regular place of service Midas in Howell nj. Manager Steve addressed the issue immediately and checked rest of my tires without asking.. The small nail was taken out and advised that there was no damage to tire. Any other business would of said the opposite. The honest of this Midas and customer service is outstanding.

Tim the service manager was excellent. I needed a rear axle he got it for me and had his workers come in early the next day to get it done for me cause I needed the car later that day. Tim and his team delivered what more can you say.

I used to go to Mr. Tire but they were inconsistent with inspecting my car. Had an oil change coupon to Midas and they were accurate and awesome with their recommendations, plus any recommended service was offered with a coupon or discount. If Tim makes a recommended service, get it done....he knows what he's talking about and he is very trustworthy.

The service was excellent ! Manager Brian and Mechanic Chris knew exactly what my car needed. My car has been stalling for many months now, but since I have started doing work at the Lakewood NJ Midas my car is not stalling anymore ! The customer service is outstanding and that is the reason I have been coming back to get my car serviced at this location. A happy customer !
