The midas team was very nice, clean and very quick. I could not believe how efficient their team worked ... from ordering the needed parts...to the time the parts were delivered and they had one guy fixing the front and another guy worked on the rear brakes/rotors. In and out about a half hour shorter than the repair time estimate.

First time there. Needed new tires. Got to the shop about 30 mins before they closed. The guy at the desk was super friendly and helpful. He didn't scam me into buying things I didn't need yet. They put new tires on that day...didn't take more than an hour. Glad I didn't have to set an appointment, wait for new tires, come back another time, etc. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Amazing fast service
I came in totally stressed out about a rattling sound on my recently purchased Prius. Nick put me totally at ease, gave me a cup of coffee and had the repair done in 10 min. Best experience with repairs I have ever had. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Nick and team!!!

I went to an unamed major chain car repair shop and asked for a brake inspection and thought pricing seemed high so i took the quote to Midas and Nick the service manager said he would take a look and let me know what he sees. 5 mintues later he comes back and informs me that the orignal assesment was correct and i do need to have my rear brakes and rotors replaced. The big difference was he didn’t charge me extra labor for a bar that needed to be removed in order to perform the taks and he found that there were three nails in my tire. Long story short i had my rear breaks and rotors replaced plus a new tire for half of what i was quoted at the other major auto place. To make it even better he worked with me on the price to make sure i was able to afford the new tire. As a customer service professional, Walt Disney himself would be impressed with how much they honor customer satisfaction. They just earned themselves a new customer and all the referals i can possibly suggest. ????????

my experience at midas
had to make emergency visit to any car shop on my way home and came across this midas location, had this vibration coming from the from of my car, went in and spoke to nick , the manager, he was very helpfull and long story short, fix the issue i had, in a timely manner. thanks again- great service

These guys fixed my wifes car, gave me a ride to work, and delivered the car to my job fixed 100 percent at no additional charge. Very nice guy on the counter whom not only promised, BUT, delivered the car on time. I highly recommend

I brought my Suburu into this location for a violent shaking when I drove the car over 60 mph. They determined that the noise was coming from my control arms?, specifically, the bushings. Man behind the desk, then did some digging around and found an recall issued by the dealer for the SAME exact problem. I was referred to the dealer, where the problem was resolved at NO cost to me. In todays day and age, its nice to se that honesty still exists

Great customer experience on an Icy, wet, cold nasty weather day
I had not been here in years and decided to stop in for a needed oil change. I was greeted by a very friendly Nick. It’s very clean and bright unlike I remember my last experience. Nick was clear to tell me what all was included and was in communication with Chris the tech, who would handle the job. I can say I hope nothing else is needed but like the last time the staff has always been honest in telling me what really requires attention to ensure my safety and others on the road.

These guys did custom exhaust work and saved my exhaust with a pipe, and some welding at an unbelievable price. On top of that, they wouldnt let me leave until they brought me outside to listen to it after the repair. FIVE STARS

I recently moved to the area and I did not want to travel the 50 miles back to my old neighborhood to have my oil and fluids changed, so I saw a coupon for Midas and took the chance. I went on line to schedule my appointment * 8am on a Saturday morning. The waiting room was neat and clean and the staff was professional. My mechanic took care of my car and I was out of there within an hour.
