Muffler problem
Went to one shop that told me I needed to replace the pipe going into the muffler and muffler. Went to Midas they swlded in a pipe to the muffler, now all is great. Saved a lot of money.....Thanks.

Oil Change
The service was quick, I had a 9:30am appointment it was a brief wait but they pulled it in right away. I was disappointed when I was told that Virginia State employees nor Law Enforcement recieve discounts for service at Midas locations. I believe first responders are just as important as military is they protect the home front and we protect home. Other than that service was easy and quick.

I had my car taken in for some general routine work. The manager was quick to answer any questions and everyone was very friendly! They also did higher quality service than another place that had quoted me on my repairs. I will continue to bring my car here! Thank you!

Customer Service was great, even though the wait was longer than expected for an oil change due to high customer volume. I enjoyed my visit and the customer service agent was very helpful and I will be returning. I gave it 3 stars because that was my first time going and the time frame for oil change.

Great service. We dropped our vehicle off for service and were out of town when it was ready to be picked up. The service manager was extremely helpful and patient when we were coordinating the payment and pick up over the phone while on the road. They earned my appreciation and respect as customer service professionals.

Great Job by the Midas crew.
I'd once again like to thank the crew at Midas for the good service visit I had. They checked out my hand brake and made the needed cleaning and adjustments. In addition they let me know that my rear brakes were not performing well, and explained what the issue was and what was needed to fix it. There was no pressure to have the work done then, but explained that if I had the work done in conjunction with the adjustment of my emergency brake, I would avoid some of the labor costs as they already had my brake assembly taken apart for the emergency brake cleaning and adjustment. I appreciate them giving me that option and providing me with least cost. They were looking out for my dollars instead of just charging me as much as they could have. I will definately continue to take my cars to the Midas crew.

After trying a few other places, I took my Honda Civic to Holland Rd Midas. Spoke to April and manager Julian on the phone * at the shop, he showed me exactly how the brake pads were causing noise * showed me the brake fluid test strip * needed flush, took less than 15 min * *25 less than Firestone. I will never go anywhere else b/c of great staff * nowhere else has that level of transparency to show you exactly how everything works * not try to sell you unnecessary extras. All*over inspection w/ any service a plus.
