Kept me informed the entire time while working with my warranty
After another auto shop totally misdiagnosed why my SUV shook while accelerating (they said I needed rear shocks & tires, which I refused). Midas, on the other hand, let me ride with the mechanic so that I could explain/duplicate the issue. After a thorough check on the rack back at the shop by several mechanics, it was determined the cv joints & tranny mount were badly worn. The next day, the repair was done and the problem was solved! A big thank you to J.C. (Service Manager), Owner (Jose), and all the mechanics who took the time to PROPERLY diagnose the issue and make my SUV safe to drive again. I have finally found a shop I can trust and will definitely be back.

Overall, the staff were extremely cordial, professional and helpful. It’s unfortunate that a mishap occurred with my vehicle during the service, but I feel that they try their best to go above and beyond to correct the issue. It just took a little longer than I would’ve liked.
2 years ago I went in for brakes and was told that the only way they would be covered under warranty was to get new rotors even though I didn’t have issues with my rotors. I paid for all 4 and then I went in for rear break pads only to be told that I needed to replace front and back brakes and rotors again. This should not be the case. I should not have spent &1800 on brakes in 2 years when I don’t even drive my car like that. This is a complete rip off and off the same thing happens in 2 years, I will contact the BBB and lock outlets as well as yelp. This is not roght

I was told that my brakes were bad and it would cost 1800.00 however that same day i got them fixed for 600.00. This is awful and disgusting that i felt taken advantage of by the manager and staff. I also feel my oil was done incorrectly as i can smell burnt oil when driving
Jay was very helpful with the entire process of replacing my brakes and suspension on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited.The work was done super fast and I believe it was done very well. They called me as soon as the work was done so I arranged to be there before closing. I even went for a little test drive around the block with my Jeep and the ride feels very smooth. I then paid the remaining balance due so I could leave with my car that day.
Professional and curious service
I was set up with an 10:00 a.m. appointment and no one was there except the mechanic. The mechanic was extremely kind and helpful and allowed me to drop the car. I told him I would be happy as long as it was done by noon and it was. I never saw anyone in the office until my return to pick it up.
The front desk employee was not only very polite and professional, but also very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide me with excellent service. It was a pleasure to interact with him and I will definitely be returning for future services. Overall, the entire process was smooth and efficient.

Everything was easy, quick & smooth. They also confirmed what I already thought to be true, that I need front brakes asap as well as an alignment & front tires. I was given estimate of each additional repair I needed for my truck with order of priority. Carl, at the front desk, though he was new there & was still learning, did a great job of helping me from start to finish. Best of all, if he didn't know an answer to my question, he immediately found someone else to get the answers I needed. THAT'S THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!
