George told me to come straight in. He squeezed my car in and figured out what was going on. He had the parts ready and made sure my car was taken care of.
The guy who helped in was wonderful but he seemed so sick and his eyes were so red he needed like an immediate help, he should’ve took the day off instead of spreading germs.

When giving an estimate for a job that should have taken less than an hour, don't then change your story and claim it would take longer even though it didn't. And then still charge the customer for the time that it didn't take to do the job. In other words, stop ripping people off.

An oil change should take 30mins, that’s what I planned for. The Associate was nice and explained the shop was behind, 1-1.5hr wait. The fact the pricing was great made me leave the car for service. I went and got food while I waited to better suit my schedule I had the rest of the day. Just little disappointed. A nail was “found” in my one tire, just made me feel weird also, sensor wasn’t on, now is.
Logan, the lady who took care of me, was very professional and polite. However, she said she would call me with prices and didn't, I had to call back a couple of times. Finally I went back and picked up the car. She said she would find me the parts they suggested needed changed (the entire headlights and bulbs) and call me the next day. Never heard back from her.Went to Valvoline down the street, they said no need to change the entire thing, changed bulbs from LED to regular and BOOM problem fixed in less than 15 minutes for under $50. Very disappointing because my brother highly recommended Midas. Still, I am very thankful for the time Logan took with me.

I called because I was experiencing issues with my car overheating and I was stuck in Florida but I lived in North Carolina. Immediately I was greeted over the phone with kindness from your representative Logan at your location in Winter Park. They were trying to figure something to do as I needed to leave that night and they couldn’t get the part I needed until Wednesday. Brandon then did everything he could to figure something out for me, referring me to call to other places to see if they had the part and even calling the Volkswagen dealership. Eventually they told me they could bypass the heater core and that would stop the coolant leak and I would be able to make it home. Everyone stayed late, including Thomas who worked on my car overtime for me to be able to get home in time. Overall this is the best experience I’ve ever had at any mechanic.
Everything was easy from start to finish. The price was decent and everything included. I really appreciated that tired rotation was included with the oil change.

Midas location carried AMSOIL which is the oil I wanted installed on the vehicle. After service recommendations seemed sincere and reliable. Pricing was competitive with other locations in the area. They didn't try to upsell like Expert Care Care where I was taking my vehicles previously.
I discovered a nail in one of my tires,` call around to have it repaired, and the earliest any store would see me was 2 days later. Then I called Midas. I was greeted on the phone in a highly friendly matter and was told to bring it right in. I was in and out within a half an hour. The staff was excellent. I will go back to Midas for all my car needs now. Keep up the good work.

Beat thing would to have people working that actual goal is to help the customer and not waist their time and not honor coupons advertised directly on the company's website and even the sign in the parking lot of the establishment and tell the customer that all online coupons are scams and fake and then tell the customer oh yeah well I know I have a sign up saying $80 off of breaks but that's 9 days old and we are short staffed and I can't get anyone to take it down. Overall rude and very unhelpful management and employees.

Logan the Store Manager informed me the oil change and general inspection for some brake squeaking would be completed in about half and hour to 45 min. The service took over 2 hours and I was not kept in the loop about the delay. On that day, Logan seemed to be juggling more balls than she could handle. I am understanding about her inability to communicate more with me. I could suggest adding a dedicated desk person to this location.
Logan, the store manager was very nice. She helped ensure the car was evaluated and services offered. She applied discounts where she could and made sure the work was done on time. She communicated well during the day on status. Please take the time to recognize her - when you have a good employee, it's important to keep her.

Car tires were align by Midas but they put different types of tires on different corners. Due to this, it is causing a noticeable tire noise.Now I have to go back to have them rotate the tires so matching types of tires are in the front and back.
