In the beginning the tires I had wanted were not available in the area but the owner operator contacted me directly and offered me a comparable deal and made everything right.

When someone comes in for service, perform all services expected. Also, when a customer is trying to get there service persons attention, the other service people shouldn't act like it isn't there problem, when your asking to get the person doing your oil change/tire rotations attention. Then when I asked him why he wasn't doing the tire rotation, he said "oh I'm suppose to rotate the tires too"

I have been a pretty consistent client with Midas for a little over 4 years. I would have wished I was able to work with the price a bit more considering the financial hardships most are facing these days. I enjoy coming to Midas because of the quality of work/craftsmanship etc, but if prices keep rising they way they do, I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere
