Hotel Manager on Duty 
This location is in a great area. I have had my car serviced here twice. I don't mind coming here because it's Midas and they're reliable. Oil change and brake fluids were completed. What I'm not too keen on is the staff. The staff is ok however, a little more customer service friendly smiles and more attention is more appreciated. The gentleman behind the counter is ok but isn't customer service friendly. Knowledgeable? yes to a certain extent. The other service techs when asked a few inquiring questions, seem to not really care what the customer has to ask about and continues to work as normal routine. I will still remain coming to this location for my car care needs. I just want upper management to know that their associates do need to be more customer orientated so the location can thrive on repeat customer.

Way better than any other competitors 
Great! Awesome! Excellent! Unlike other places, Don’t be afraid about getting ripped off! Because they are not pushy, they are all about giving excellent service so you become their permanent customer and bring more people. They gave me more discount than coupons offer plus changed the bulb plus removed the heat shield which got loose and making a huge noise Free of charge Totally trust them and keeping going back to them even though it is 17 miles away from my home! Good job Jorge and Bruce!
