A Toyota dealer wanted $190 to lube the driveshaft joints. My local Midas hit that for no charge while performing an oil change. It’s the little things like that, that makes a world of difference.

Guy did not pay attention back up on the alignment machine when backing up and the rubber blocks from the lift where still in place rip the bottom part of the bumper and had to replace the straps on my quick release bumper because he stretched them when the rubber blocks pulled the bumper

The manager at this location is really great. He is direct with what is going on with your car and gives honest advice on what needs work and what doesn’t. I have never felt pressured to get extra work done to my car which has typically happened at other shops. This is my go to place for car care.

Your YOUR WEBSITE it staes 49.99 for synthetic oil change. When i git there Jeremy told me HE WILL NOT HONOR THATS BECAUSE HE WOULD MONEY. He stated itcwas 59.99. SO YOUR COMPANY OR JEREMY DID A BAIT AND SWITCH. I do believe it is illegal to do that. He blamed it on corporate. That it shouldve been taken down. I showed him the 49.99 coupon and still would not honor it. Its not the 10.00 extra dollars but when i was in the store he was doing it to everbody. Unethical!!!!! I should contact a lawyer about the bait and switch

I use Midas in NY always. I tried using my Midas card and it was denied. I had a $50.00 gift card and that wouldn't work either. Not sure why but the price was good. Also, any Midas should be able to look up and see my record.
