I had an appointment on Saturday for an oil change and inspection. Time estimate was 1.5 hours, so I waited in the office area for repairs to be completed. Actual time to start the work was 1.5 hours and total time was 2.5 hours. No updates on time required were provided during the visit. Worker apologized for the extra time required and said they were just very busy, which was true based on the number of customers trying to get repairs that morning.
James and team ALWAYS takes excellent care of me. The suggestions James makes for future fixes are always spot on.

It all started the night before my appointment. A very friendly and cheerful Sabrina answered my call. I explained that my vehicle was a 1977 Jeep CJ5 and I just redone the entire front end and asked if they were able to accommodate me with a wheel alignment. She was uncertain but spared no time in taking the time to get me an answer she couldn't answer. She said that they would have to look at my vehicle and would determine at that time if they could align it or not. She set my appointment for the next morning at 8:30. Moving forward to the next day I was instantly greeted by a very friendly and cordial gentleman named Jason. He went outside and took my vehicle information and returned. He was very thorough in explaining the work order and pricing and would let me know if they could do the work or not. After a few minutes my Jeep was up on the rack and they began to ascertain whether or not they could complete the alignment or not. Obviously the technician was highly experienced and knew a way to do it. Due to the age of my Jeep, it was not in their computer. After about an hour they were done and my Jeep performs way better then I expected. I'm an extremely happy patron.

I called and made an appointment on Wednesday with a women. When I came in on Thursday for my appointment she called out for the day and I checked in with someone else. My quote with him was more than what the lady told me but I said, ok. I was also told by the lady that it would take approximately 1 hour, no problem (in at 9:30am oil change was done at 10:30). Another gentleman told me that I needed a new air filter at 10:30am, no problem I said yes BUT, he did not tell me that the part was not in stock. Had he gave me that information, I would have had the work done at another time since I was already there 1 hour and had only expected to be there an hour.At 11:05 I asked how much longer the work was going to be because I still did not know that the part was not stocked. The gentleman told me then that they were waiting for the part because they had to have it ordered.I had no choice but to sit down and shut up. Five minutes later the same gentleman told me the part will be there any minute. I told him in front of the other man that failed to mention that the part was "off site", Had I known, I would her waited to get the filter done. Long story short, I was there for 2 hours
I was very happy with the service and pricing. I was so happy actually I have a 5 star google review while paying for my services. However, upon getting my car back I immediately noticed my center console was broken and lifted. I immediately went into to tell staff. Jason, the manager came out and assessed the damages. He told me he is not sure how that could have happened because only he and 1 technician drove my vehicle. The technician confirmed. Regardless, my center console was broken. It was not broken before. If it was, they would have noted it. Also, my car was previously at Audi and they can confirm it was not broken. A day later I was called to bring the vehicle by to take photos and to get a replacement. The guy at the time was the one who checked me out. He told me it was physically possible for them to have broken it as only 1 person drove the vehicle. He assured me only the technician drove the vehicle. So now they are inconsistencies. There are broken clips in my car! Anyways. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and I got have the part and have not heard back. It’s very upsetting

Communicate correct pricing, I asked a day before and it was the reason I took my car in for service. Communicate when work starts so I can make a decision to whether I want service. Paid a good $200 over what I was told and it took a lot longer than expected. Dropped off my car at 11:00am and picked up at 3-4PM.

Rico, quoted me over the phone $69.99 for Full synthetic oil change on my Car. I get there for my 10:30 am appointment and the girl at front was not knowledgeable I told her I had spoke to Rico about this when I made my appointment. She had on computer $120.00+He said he didn't know it was full synthetic. That i don't understand when I asked about FULL synthetic oil change he said that he could get me fixed up and out door for$69.99+taxes. If I didn't purchase tires, brakes, rotors few months back I would be done with this location. It's people like Rico that makes u not want to come back.

I went in for noise in the front of my vehicle, and all it needed was driver side wheel bearing replaced, but they replaced both front wheel bearings as well as both front axles . Damage the oil seal in the transmission in the process and lost transmission fluid. Had to come back and get it fixed. Just out to scam more money out of customers. And mechanics that don’t know what they’re doing.

Everyone was friendly at the store. No issues with checking in and getting the paperwork started. Mechanic got my car in very quickly and performed the oil change. Manager told me of a few things that the mechanic had noticed that should be addressed on my car. Was given pricing, told manager I would get back to him when I had the opportunity to make an appointment to get the work done. No issues at all with the service.

Champion auto was 700 out the door for the same service. Not sure if they were just trying to get us to bite since it was a Saturday but that's really unfortunate because other than that the experience was good.

I was having trouble with my company truck and was needing service, but it is my only service vehicle so I needed the work done fast. Everything was fast and easy for me, from calling in and getting an appointment within an hour to getting the repairs done the same day. The kind folks at this Midas location made sure my business was down for the least amount of time possible, and I appreciate that very much.

Prices were to high. I had an appointment but it took 2 and a half hours just to get the estimate. I didn't replace rotors and brakes the prices were too high
The checklist I received, was very light I thought it was blank, my girlfriend said it’s not very clear, the lady folded it up and told me that it was in the envelope, didn’t have the time to explain to me what they, If I need anything else, that was on the list she was very short with me, I walked away puzzled

Went in for oil change and explained that I was not getting a smooth ride, but it was bumpy on left side of vehicle. After the hour long oil change (which should have taken less time) they advised I should get the tires balanced which took 1-1/2 hours longer. I was never told how long the tire balancing would take, but I was not prepared for the extra 1-1/2 hours it took or I would have rescheduled for another day. By the way, I had to stop the gentleman and ask when my car would be ready, he never updated me on when the oil change or the tire balance would be complete.
I was surprised and delighted by the service and the friendliness of the staff. This is the only place I will bring my car in the future.

My husband was tired after a two day flight. The man and woman that helped us were patient with him even though our vehicle didn’t pass a certain code. The man that inspected our vehicle smiled as we entered, but stated he wasn’t allowed to talk to us about our results. A very busy location, however, did not make us feel rushed. The lady that answered the phone allowed me to make an appt within two hours, which is always appreciated.
I clicked on the coupon button on the email from Midas and said tire and oil change at 25.99 yet the gentleman quoted me at $105. When I showed the coupon he said he never have seen it!!! His supervisor came he also was questioning the coupon I showed by clicking the bottom of the email. Finally they got it done .

When it is impossible to provide the service requested comminicate this at check-in so as to give the customer the option to return at a later time, moreover when the repair or service hits a snag communicate.
James, the attendant was friendly and pointed out that my tires weren't worn enough for a tire rotation which I appreciated. He also re attached a cover under the rear wheel that had lost a bolt.

My Catalytic converter was stolen. The Catalytic converter is obsolete. The staff is working with a state referee and are following up with my every 2 days as we work through this process with the state.

Appointment was on time. Service was performed and the inspection revealed I needed two filters, which were available and changed out on the spot. Very satisfied, so I brought my wife’s car in the same day (drop off).

My Midas-installed muffler is rattling.The Midas shop said the problem was caused by old muffler pipe hangers and the car needing a tuneup.$300 later, after installing new muffler pipe hangers and replacing distributor cap, wires and spark plugs, the muffler was still rattling.The shop said the reason the car periodically wouldn't start when they returned it was because there was a piece of gunk left in the new distributor cap.The shop now says that the real reason that the muffler rattles is because the Midas Installed muffler needs welding, and Midas Muffle in Cathedral City doesn't do welding on mufflers. But, the welding must be done by a Midas Shop or it will void my lifetime guarantee. And, I must noway an additional $150 an hour for Midas to perform the Warrantee work or the Midas Lifetime Warrantee will be cancelled.Why do I feel like I am a victim of a con, first paying $300 for warrantee work on my muffler, and now, another $150m an hour for Midas to once again attemptto provide Lifetime Warrantee work? How many thousands of dollars is the Lifetime Warrantee going to cost?
James was upbeat and knowledgeable. Parts were readily available and were installed promptly.
My Jeep was overheating so I took it in. Being late in the day I left it there overnight. The problem was severe. Jason Chandler went out of his way to get the backordered part by driving to the Redlands Jeep dealership for the part. Appreciated it a lot because otherwise I would have been without a car for weeks.

I made an appointment, took off work to be there, and am immediately told to come back 4+hrs later. Came back and waited for 3hrs to be told they needed to order the part. Next day same thing. Show up for the appointment and am told to come back 4hrs later. Tech lied and said a gasket was missing. It was visually inspected immediately prior to “repairs” and was present. Was charged $125+ to have the problem/noise made much, much worse
