Not a review person simply because I don’t have the time nor do I have the energy but I have to say 100% I do appreciate the shop looking deep in debt into my car to figure out what the mechanical issue was and they also gave me the right direction of how to get my vehicle fixed !!!!!!!! Even though they were unable to fix my vehicle they still did a great job . Definitely recommend them to my family and friends

Greta customer service

Every time I go there I get great customer service. The guy in the front (i think his name is carlos) always has a friendly smile no matter how busy they are. If you are sitting there waiting and you watch, hes very good at multitasking and never loses that friendly smile, even when hes helping someone on the phone. Its always a great experience at this location.

Only going on Tuesdays for Carlos

We went there for two things. A oil change and a check engine light to see what was happening. Interesting enough it seems like I had to get my husband involved because I didn’t resize that they were trying to tell me to go somewhere else. Me and my husband are use to going there and getting things fixed. It just seems like we went there during the wrong time to get our cars fixed. Anyways my husband went back and thankfully talked to Carlos and he was able to tell us the code and the warranty that came with what was done before the car. Thankfully Carlos told us that he would take care of it. It was night and day about the service and the clarity he gives us. It’s really transparent and honest. So we will be back but only when Carlos is around.

Brakes service

Great job, brought my own rotors and brakes in, they changed them out. Only thing is if you require dot 4 brake fluid they won’t add after taking what is needed out to compress the cylinder. Maybe they just forgot to add some for mine. And they don’t do alignment on Audi cars

Continues to happen

The last two times I have taken my car in to your shop, I have managed to leave with something broken under my under carriage. I will be taking my car in this Thursday 12/28/17 to have them look at it. I don't know why this happens, but every time I leave I have plastic hanging down from my car scraping on the road. Why does this keep happening? I do not know. I have not hit anything with my car so I know it happened while the car was in your possession. Last time it was a very quick fix, drilled a quick hole and zip tie to hold it up, I was ok with that. But here we are again. I have plastic hanging down from my car. What are you going to do to fix this issue I seem to keep having at your shop located on 43rd ave and Glendale?

Prompt and Fair

I had had a RF CV axel break on a Sunday and attempted to do the repair myself. The unfortunate thing is that I could not aquire a 8mm triple square socket anywhere (once again on a Sunday). I was given a referral by Ryan W. (a GM for Midas) for a tow company and used Apostle Towing who was prompt and fair. Secondly upon arrival I was greeted by Jonah and the tech he had immediately even before the car was taken off the trailer. I had the part already and it was installed promptly as well as charged a more than fair price. I was impressed at the fact there was just these two guys in the shop juggling 4-5 vehicles and everyone in the waiting area was happy and taken care of. Thank all the people who played a part in this equation and got me to work faster than anticipated so I could provide for my family. Means a lot and will always recommend Midas to friends and family ( particularly this shop) and will frequent for repairs I can't do myself. Thanks guys

Will not go anywhere else

Omg!! My car was not running when it got towed into midas. Midas towed my car to there shop at a very inexpensive price compared to the other tow companies. My car has so much wrong with it that this wonderful man by the name of Tyler took his time to explain everything that was wrong to what needed to be done immediately. Tyler kept me up to date on everything that they where doing he didn't try and fast talk or get over on me like a lot of places would because I am a woman. He even worked out a exceptional price for my cv axel, wheel bearing, and brake pads with rotors to were i couldn't say no. Tyler and his staff is exceptional, polite, respectful and I will not take my car or my future cars to any other place. A****** thank you so much you made this process less stressful for me and got me back on the road the same day!!!

Above and Beyond

I went in to get a few things replaced - belt, brakes, oil, and brought in my own parts. They replaced them easily, and even replaced my air filter as well. The only issue that arose was that they were behind, and it took a little longer than expected. I had kids at school and needed to pick them, so I needed it done by a certain time. It was almost done, but not quite ready. While trying to arrange a ride, one of the staff members (Eric I believe his name was) actually gave me a ride there and back. They also gave a straight quote from the beginning and stuck to it. I was beyond impressed with this Midas location and would definitely recommend to others.
