From the first minute I walked in the store manager Norman exceeded my expectations. I am a first time costumer did not have an appointment he still took my car in walked me through everything wrong with my car and made sure my car was ready the same day while other shops take weeks. He was literally a lifesaver and I will be coming back when it gives me trouble again. Thank you to this wonderful man and his staff!

I got a terrible explanation of what was wrong with my car. I was just told they couldnāt fix it and I needed to come pick it up. My car was not running so I had to get a tow truck and the manager kept calling my phone when I explained to him I would be there as soon as possible. It was very embarrassing and I felt like I was being hounded and treated poorly, when I drop my car off it was never explained that I would have to pay if they couldnāt fix the car I can assume that there would be some form of charge but it was $200. Iāve got a second opinion and my car was fixed in three days. It was very disappointing that I received such poor service and itās sad that I canāt trust such a large chain car repair shop like Midas I do not recommend, and I will not return.

My oil change was done at my appointment time. I was only there 1/2 hour. Everything was explained to me on what else needs to be done on my car.

There's really nothing else to say. Bottom line is when you get someone's property. You return it back at least the way you got it if not better. And I was driving down the road realized. My mirrors were tucked in. Had to pull over, it was just sucky. And then I had a couple. A coupon for the $32 or something like that. For this full synthetic oil change, and they charged me $64. Oh, this and that and whatever else lies I got. And I'm just not the one.

Very Friendly and kind explained everything to me told me everything I needed done what the cost would be. And showed me what was going on with my car.
The technicians need more training. The manager lack of customer service skills. Please train your employees to take responsibility when they do a mistake. They broke my air cleaning chamber and they simply told me it was like that. I asked them why you did not put it in your inspection report when it was like that and they did not reply to me or took care of the problem. The Manager Norman acted like I am not telling the truth. I was suppose to go there for repair work on my car that was estimated of about $3000 but I can not trust what they are going to brake this time. He didn't care and let me leave with broken air filter.
I had made an appointment on Sunday when the store was closed and the store manager called me on Monday as soon as they open to confirm set appointment. He ended up being able to get me in three hours earlier than my actual appointment and got everything done very quickly and very smoothly. I waited for my car with my eight month old baby and the store manager talk to me the whole time was very kind and even carried my diaper bag out to the car for me while I carried the car seat when the car was done. He gave very great recommendations and I am highly satisfied. This will be my new Midas location.

Did an oil change, got home and notice car was dripping oil. Went back to midas and now I need a whole new oil pan because the drain plug is not closing right. But before getting the oil change everything was fine, no leaking at all.

Came in for an oil change and came out with a shock replacement . About 370$.Hasn?t even been a year and started having issues with my suspension on my 2006 GMC Sierra. Took it to my mechanic and find out the shocks that where install where the wrong shock
The service on the car was fine but the extended wait time was terrible. I was there from 11;30 A.M. until 6:15 P.M. they had to wait on a muffler to be delivered. That is no way to run a business. The Mgr. was good but they could not do anything without the part. He did give me a $30. Discount for the inconvenience but it was not worth it.
