Good Customer Service 
I made an appointment online and they were ready for me at the appointed time! Awesome. I was in and out within an hour, which is rare. I've had my oil changed elsewhere and the wait time is normally 2 hours or more. The only issue I have is that they didn't rotate my tires, even though I had a coupon for that and they didn't tell me about it until I asked if they had rotated the tires. Also, they mistakenly noted that the mileage on my car was 43,000 miles when in reality its at 93,000. In spite of those 2 issues, I would definitely recommend this location and suggest people make an appointment online!

Could not fault the service or price!
I have a near 20 year old F150, which is from the mid-west and therefore mostly rust. I went in to see Midas merely to check the brakes but the service, pricing, and subsequent price match (and then beaten) on four new tires was exceptional. I didn't have to make a single compromise in what I wanted versus what I could afford. I can honestly say that I have *never* had a better service at *any* auto shop, neither here in the US nor Europe. Swift, skilled, knowledgable, reasonable, and honest. I don't know how such a gem of a team has managed to be put together at one Midas location, but they've nailed it. Call Hayat and get yourself a deal.

The Best Customer Service Ever!
I took possession of a 1994 Oldsmobile that my 92-year old grandma used to own. I was going to drive it 2,300 miles from AZ to my home in VA. It needed to be checked out for safety reasons. Hayat gave me the **best customer service ever** from caring about me to making sure everything was done right on the car. He (and the crew) went the extra mile to make sure the car was ok to drive and even took me back to the convention center while the car was being worked on. I travel the country for my job and have a very high expectation as a customer. Hayat exceeded my expectations and is fantastic to work with. And, the car made it back safely thanks the hard work, dedication, and over and above service. Thanks guys! My family really appreciates your help. And, most of them live in AZ. I will be spreading the good word about the Midas location at 39 East Southern Ave. in Phoenix. Again, thank you!

I am now a lifetime customer thanks to my new best friend Hyatt. He hooked me up with new brakes an oil change and printed out future recommends services. It's always scary when it comes to car repair you get that sick feeling because you know it's going to be expensive and more than likely you will get ripped off. Hyatt changed all that for me he went above and beyond he stayed after closing time to answer all my questions and go in detail what my car still needed. He didn't make me feel stupid he broke out diagrams and everything. Hyatt is the BOMB.COM I will recommend him to everyone. Midas doesn't work on commission so I know I am for once NOT getting ripped off. I love Midas and more importantly my new BFF Hyatt. Thank You for being so wonderful.

Most Fun I had taking my car for service anywhere or anytime.
Jonny greeted me with a friendly welcome, immediately got right to business preparing a work order faster than anyone I've ever seen, reminded me to leave the keys with the car, in a very humorous way, and continued to keep me laughing and entertained the entire time I waited, which could not have been more than an hour, but seemed less because of Jonny's fun personality. He knows how to maintain professionalism, and convinced me he was capable and knowledgeable, while keeping it relaxed and comfortable for the customer.
