I used to go to this Midas when I lived out on the west side. I absolutely LOVED how they took care of my car and how on top of things they were. But, When I got married I moved in with my husband and we live out in Awahtukee. For the past two years I have struggled to find a good place to take my car in for oil changes. Every where I have tried completely sucks and they don't treat my car with care. I gave up and decided I would just drive my car out to the west side for my oil changes becuase this specific Midas location ALWAYS treats my car with care, they are friendly yet professional and they know their stuff! I treat my car like a person and I know it's in excellent hands at this location! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. It is worth the 40 minute drive to and from my home just to have the peace of mind that my car will be treated with care!

DOING WHATS IS RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER!

I just wanted to take a few mins out of my day to write a review on the 66th Ave & Indian School location. My wife & I have been battling w/ our vehicle for months w/ squeaky breaks. She does Uber and we cant have that extraness when she is pulling up to clients. LOL. Our vehicle is our money maker & we have a baby on the way, so this was VERY IMPORTANT to us to have the job done right! We finally decided to get it professional looked at by a mechanic shop, & WE DONT REGRET that decision at all!! Initially we had to return our vehicle for additional fixes, BUT these gentleman made sure the job was DONE & we were pleased with the work before sending us off home. When we said we still heard the squeaking, without any push back they had us return our Toyota Camry to get the job done right. We understand as cars get older they need same extra love. We didn't mind returning it if things weren't quite right yet when we picked our car up. After returning our car to them the work that was done, was worth every penny. These workers took ownership when something was done incorrectly & BOUGHT US BRAND NEW parts to make things right. We didn't ask them to do that, we didn't get upset with them, THEY OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. That is what is so COMFORTING about this little shop. We are women that know nothing about cars & they could have taken complete advantage, but they didn't. Thank you again gentleman. We will come back again & again for your services. SO, SHOUT OUT TO: Brandon & Miguel, and any others who worked on our car! They both made sure our vehicle was PERFECT and that we were COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the work done before letting g us officially drive off. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

When it comes to automotive care, my family and I turn to no further than Midas for inspecting any troubled concerns and repairing any work necessary. We have been taking our vehicles to Midas for the past 5 years. They preformed the services I requested (oil change and check all tires for proper inflation) without trying to sale me anything I didn't need. My car (that's only a year old) came back green on all their inspection points. Honest mechanics, someone I can trust with my car. That's a good feeling.

Oil Change

I went to Midas when I got off work and my car was sounding funny. I spoke to Hayat and he told me that they were full and short handed and he could get me in tomorrow. I ask if he could check to make sure my oil was fine and he did and told me that he wasn't going to allow me to leave because I did not have any oil in my car. So he got me in and told me I needed to get my leak fixed ASAP and he put thicker oil in until I can get it back he said it still going to leak out but not ask quick as it did before. I appreciate Hayat and thank him for his great customer service.
