My car was in for state inspection. I was told it failed the safety inspection due to my brakes on both front and back - my front brakes were just replaced late last year. I highly doubt that they also need to be replaced. I’m bringing my car to a friend who is a mechanic to determine what really needs to be done.
Appointment was made expediently and for my convenience. The arranging clerk was very knowledgeable, courteous, explained all details clearly. The work was done faster than expected. I walked to some nearby shops while my vehicle was worked on and munutes after my return the vehicle was ready. My vehicle sounds great. It was a pleasant experience all around.

Even though I made a mistake on the time of the appointment ( my fault), I was able to have the service done in a timely manner- which I greatly appreciated.As I drove away, I noticed a noise when I cranked up the heater. So I went back inside for help. The desk agent came outside and found the problem and fixed it !I appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful workers at Midas.

Once the oil change was completed I easily scheduled my tire changes and tie rod replacement for my next visit that was just as pleasant and extremely accommodating for me as a customer.
While the service was performed super fast and was exceptionally well done and convenient, the key to the visit being outstanding was Kyle Corrigan. He is super technically competent, provides detailed input and has a super "customer experience" tone and represents a team member I look forward to having support me again.

When getting my oil changed the Mechanic tried to tell me I needed both front and rear brakes and that my pads were at 2mm or less. The cost would have been over $1200.00 if had the work done. My truck only has 45000 miles on it. I took it to my mechanic and he said I had at least 50 percent life left on my brakes. I will never go back to Midas again.
when someone complains about grinding during braking and it still grinds when you pull out of the lot because you only fixed half the brakes.. ridiculous.

The price quoted on-line, i.e. $59.99 for synthetic oil change was not honored in-person.
The counter person was very friendly and reassuring. Was told it would be about forty-five minutes but was finished in 30 minutes.

Darlene and the rest of the staff there are excellent. Very honest, service is always great. They are always prompt and the service is fast and great. I have never experienced any problems with my car after is was serviced there.
I went in for failing brakes, got pads and rotors replaced. I got a recommendation to do a bunch of stuff which wasn't strictly necessary, which I get is part of the job for the associates but very annoying. Don't worry about how my tires will do in snow in the middle of July. Then after I get the work done, brakes are working great but there's clearly a loose or damaged piece in the car because a large clunking happens when I shift from reverse to drive, or any time I hit a tiny little bump in the road.

My wife went to the same Midas for this issue earlier in the week, we had made a appointment but when she arrived at the store the mechanic was at lunch so she had to wait 1.5 hours for no service.

I was in and out and it was smooth experience
The staff was wonderful. I did not catch their names but the woman who checked us in was great and the guy who seemed to be running things was great also. I waited with my kids and we were waiting for parts. Since we were waiting for parts they offered to let us take my car and run errands/get lunch instead of just keeping us sitting there while the parts came which was nice since my kids are young and sitting in the waiting room was a tough task for them.

First time at Midas -- excellent service, store was clean, the techs were VERY thorough as well. They identified several problems that I didn't know I had and that another mechanic's shop failed to see even though they inspected as well.The only issue here was price. I was told it would be $1,100+ for new front pads, rotors and a right front caliper. I called a different shop down the street who offered to do it for $650. If it was closer in price I would've stayed for all services, but I left with just an oil change.

The guys did a nice job. The only problem was forgetting to reset the TMS after the tire rotation but that was resolved very quickly.
The staff is very friendly especially Darlene. She explained everything to me so I could understand what needed to be done to my car and why. The mechanics I didn’t really talk to much, but what I did hear when I heard them talk to each other was excellent. A more experienced mechanic willing to teach another mechanic how to do something. It was nice to hear.
Excellent customer service is the reason why my experience was so pleasant. I intend to return here not only for future tire services but I shall now also schedule my future oil changes here!

We use this Midas very often, we have a business and a whole fleet of vehicles that we commonly bring here. Its not as close to the Midas near our office, however the one near the office is under new management that we are not happy with, we like the management of the Warwick RI store
Nice people and good prices
They completed the oil change in a timely manner and even let me know that my rear brakes were close to being shot. They quoted me on it and while I didn’t take the offer it was nice of them to let me know of it and not repeatedly push me on getting it done today. This appointment was to diagnose and repair road damage to my exhaust system late afternoon and 2 hours from home. Online schedule request and reply was very convenient with repairs being performed the very next day. I was a ripe target to be "ripped off" for being in a desperate situation far from home, but was treated very fairly. Personnel that I interacted with were both professional and friendly.
