Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Service was very fast and easy on my end, they explained everything they were going to do and why. They also gave me suggestions on work that I could/should get done in the near future, without any pressure or feeling like they were trying to upsell me. Also looked for coupons and discounts without me even mentioning anything. I will 100% be coming back any time I need anything done with my vehicle, wonderful experience.

How easy it was to schedule an appointment and the call back was well with in the time frame stated. This was very easy to do. Also they were ready for my car when I arrived and I did not have to wait long for the service.

Pricing was not clearly defined. Synthetic oil change listed as $49.99 instead cost me $100.

The manager at the Fairhaven location (02719) was great! He was very informative, took the time to explain matters at a level I could understand, and was an overall great guy. Very trustworthy!

Everything was great. The only minor complaint I have is my scheduled appointment was for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:25p but my vehicle didn’t go in until about 4:15pm and I was there until approximately 5pm total for an oil change. However they did do a full check up of the vehicle to let me know if there was other issues to address

Took longer than needed with appointment ( over 3 hours for 2 brake pads/oil change) while I waited.

Adam the general manager reached out to me a couple of times to go over what they found wrong and offered ideas and solutions on what was needed and what was not immediate. Also, he highlighted vehicle safety.

I made the appointment online for an oil change and inspection sticker but when I arrived they told me they didn't do inspection at that location. If you don't do it at that location you should not have it as a selection on the web site.
