Time 
I had scheduled my appointment a week ahead to have my rotors and brake pads replaced. They did not order my parts until the day of my appointment. When they had a whole week to do so. My appointment was at 9am and parts weren't delivered until 12:45pm! I had no ride to go home so I had to sit there from 9am - 1:15pm. My Sunday was half gone. However, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Oil change 
Midas in Marysville is a great place to get my oil changed. They have me in and out in less than 30 minutes and not only change my oil, but they rotate my tires so I get more mileage out of them. The waiting room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. There's a snack machine and a soda machine and magazines. I've had my oil changed at Wal-Mart and it was twice the price and took 2 hours, with no place to wait. I would recommend Midas to anyone needing an oil change or anything else that Midas offers.

Excellent Customer Service
Maintenance is maintenance and thank you for addressing the concerns of our vehicle. We believe this is the best brake service around. What stood out was the customer service..!! The communication from the front-desk ladies was excellent..!! I was called various times to give updates and worked with me about the vehicle being there until I returned from a family emergency. That speaks volumes about professionalism. I would thank them individually "by name" but I don't recall their names... So thank you for helping during a challenging time. Robert Shelby

I didn't have a appointment and the soonest the were able to get me in would be 4 days later. I explained that I work during the week and needed and Sat appt. So I was able to leave my truck and they called me later that day when it was completed.

John at the counter did a great job. And Joe working on my car also did great. They knew I was on call at work and did everything they could do to make sure my car was ready before it was time for me to get called. They Ended up needing a part from Sacramento and John put it on rush and got it within the hour.I even watched the concern he had dealing with another customer who had brakes put on by another shop ( not Midas) and they were put on wrong he assured the man that they would take care of it and get him back on the road safely. Thanks for having employees that care for their job and the customers. Great job John and Joe! Scott, Marysville

The young man who helped me was so great. He was swamped and needed help in the office and was trying to get help and no one would show up for work. But he was GREAT. I am sorry I do not know his name but he deserves to be commended. He called me when the car was ready. When I got there customers were 3 deep but he was so polite and moving as fast as he could it was impossible to get frustrated. I thanked him and told him he was appreciated. You need 2 people at the counter. I will continue use your service because of this employee. Kris

Man this shop needs to go around & show these businesses the TRUE meaning of customer service! Because from inputting my info to actually showing me what was wrong with my car & answering any questions you have MAN if I didn't live so far I would seriously make the trip to this shop for anything they offer service wise thanks again guys my brakes are still in top notch shape :)
