The staff were friendly, and I didn't have to wait in line to get the inspection done. It was done quickly, and the light bulb they replaced was inexpensive. It was a great experience!

The manager, Brad was professionally personable. He answered my questions with confidence which gave me a sense of trust I.e. reliance on this Midas location. As I was leaving I saw him walking the parking lot which I took that he was checking for debris left from the days business. This manager seemed to care for the profession appearance of this store location.

The guys at my Midas are the best. They have helped me on all three of my cars and they are the only shop I go to for service. I think you should give them all a raise. I am a customer from now on. Thank you very much

The associate (Brad) showed concern and asked me to bring it back in to have it check. The issue resolved itself before I could take the car back.
