Vilma and Mary were amazing super fun and friendly. I am extremely happy for all the associates at the north foster road location. The mechanics were respectful and fun as well. They told me what I needed to have done immediately and what I needed to have done soon. I’m glad that they didn’t treat me as if I didn’t know anything which being a woman happens way too often big thanks to them all for making my truck way safer!

Ed and Mary both worked to get oil changes on both of my vehicles. Today the weather was cloudy, grey and a freezing 25 degree temperature. The customer service at this Midas location was still top notch!

They are always on time perfect customer services always gaveta me an asnwer for everything i ask i used to go to the dealer of my car but they take forever and midas is the faster and perfect service

Great service and attention

So what I brought it in to have fixed, there is possible other issues with it. They are completely honest with me about it and let me know what I could do possibly to get it taken care of. They were straightforward with what they found and it made me feel comfortable knowing what they told me. I really did appreciate the honesty and not being taken for a good amount of money. Like other auto shops would have no problem doing. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my visit.

Fantastic customer service and quick oil change!!

It appears the national appointment center does not communicate with the local affiliates. I arrived when I was scheduled but the local dealer did not have me on the schedule. They took me anyway and completed the oil change before closing.

I have had several issues since the very beginning when I took my vehicle to mitis. The staff was horrible at communicating, the district manager is horrible at communicating, my vehicle was not ready any of the times that they told me it was when I went to pick up my vehicle, there were more problems then, when I initially took it in for. I will never take my vehicle to Midas, nor will I refer anyone I know to take their vehicle there either.

Staff was amazing! It was a last minute thing to get my car in and when I called, the gentleman there got me in same day and was super friendly and chill when I arrived.

I went in for an oil change, and was informed that I have a leak in my valve cover gasket. Was also informed of the reasonable price to have the problem resolved. In my opinion, Midas did a very good job taking care of my vehicle and informing me of another problem that they can fix for me.

The manger Robert was extremely nice , helpfully and just easy to talk too regarding my issue. Annette was exceptionally friendly and it was a pleasure to talk while I waited. I have been coming to the Foster Rd. location for just about 4 years(as long as I've been in TX). This most recent visit was PHENOMENAL!!!!! The new mgr is AWESOME as was the clerk! Everything was explained PERFECTLY...every question/concern taken care of! Rates are great, as usual!

I had to take my SUV back 3 time and they never fix it but they charge me each time. If I could give a rating of -5 star I would. Never again.

Took my car in for a oil change and they stripped my *****.I took it back they replaced the ***** but it still leaked.I took my car to another shop and when they put the car on the lift u could actually see the oil leaking from the *****.( I have a video)M

I drove my truck into midas on foster rd san Antonio for a simple head gasket replacement. 2 weeks later it had to be towed out after they destroyed my engine and charged the finance company over $3000
