Battery change
Very good job ; all information was received before and after the repair . It may be that this job took a litle longer tahn expected , but while there I saw several Customers getting their jobs done very quickly. Very glad to have choosen Midas

Oil Change
The guys did a great job and explained what repairs are recommended and or needed. My wife's car needed an oil change and wiper blades. That was taken care of no problem. I asked them to check the accessory belt and they showed me there was no wear and the squeeking at start up was normal. They found a ***** on one of the tires on the outer edge of the tire that they would not repair. They had a replacement tire for a reasonable price. I waited for my car and had a cold drink and watched TV. Great service!

I have been going to the Vista location for years now cause of great customer service From Paul and Chris. They are the reason I keep coming back and only trust them with my vehicle. They explain in detail what is being done with my vehicle and always Keep me updated when it is in the shop.

Life Long Oil Midas change contract 
I purchased a life long Midas oil change contract for $100 five years ago on my Chevy truck. When I went into pay for and get an oil change on my other car a Prius, the customer representative informed me that the life long oil change contract for my truck in the future would probably no longer be honored.

Manager Paul provides service focused on the customer's vehicle needs, not his bottom line. He is fair and certainly knows his stuff when it comes to assessing a vehicle's problems. He has recruited very qualified mechanics with more certifications than you would usually associate with a brake/muffler shop, so he can offer additional services beyond those you would expect. I've been taking my vehicle regularly to Paul and his team for more than three years now because they are knowledgeable and reliable.

Paul, Vista CA store Manager, is very friendly, professional and informative. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly. As I was waiting I observed him dealing with several customers and he was very polite and helpful to them. The service I needed was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with it. All the Midas personnel that I had contact with were very customer friendly and professional! My experience at Midas in Vista CA is always outstanding! One suggestion I have would be that the employees wear shirts with their names displayed. I think customers would appreciate it!

Tune up and brake work, hose replacement and new tires, long overdue, resulted in extensive work that lasted all day, but what a fine job they did! My vehicle runs like a dream now! Manager Paul went the extra mile on new tires and his certified mechanic really knows what he's doing. A top notch mechanic is worth his weight in gold and, luckily, Midas has one!

Paul and Steve did a great job. I called at 7 right when they opened on a Saturday and they were able to get me in as soon as I showed up about 45 minutes later. I would take my vehicles here again.

Paul runs a tight ship and provides reliable car care. I have been using them for routine servicing of my cars and repairs and I have been not disappointed. It ain't cheap despite of discounts and all that talk. But I can drive out confidently and that is peace of mind.
