Excellent service
I have been taking my Chevy truck to Curtis at this Midas for many yrs. and am now taking our Subaru Outback to them for service. This shop,the owner Curtis and the employees are fantastic. They do a great job of checking your car and find problems from the smallest to the major and give a competitive estimate to repair the problem. I highly recommend this shop!

My Midas Store For Life
When I took my 98 chevy to the chevy dealer they had the car 3 weeks and could not tell me what was wrong at the suggestion of the parts guy at the chevy dealer he said I take my car to Theresa at Napa Midas and she can get the job done so I did and Theresa had the car fixed in 1 day I will always go back to her she is the best she gave me a free loaner car and she gave me a Armed Forces Discount I live at the Vets home and I live on a fixed income and could not afford to be with out my car they gave me great service Thank you Midas

Went Out Of there way to help
Car was towed in on Sunday everyone else was closed in Napa,I needed 4 tires because of a road hazard and 4 rims how they did it is utterly amazing come to find out Curtis sent one of is employees 60 miles away to pick up 4 rims they had me on the road again so my vacation was not ruined Im a Midas customer for life

OUTSTANDING SERVICE*
When you need your oil changed, you are in and out. I felt like my vehicle was done by the time I went to sit down. They took it back did the work and I was on my way. They also recently repaired my broken down truck. Curtis and the employees that helped completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to this shop. As soon as I drove in, someone greeted me and asked what they could do for me. My car was brought right in and the oil change was done quickly at a reasonable rate. Friendly people. Clean environment. I'll keep going back.

Best Team Hands down*
I went in wanting to know everything that was wrong with my car down to the last detail* Curtis and his crew were and are very helpful with any questions I had and answered them throughly* My valve cover gaskets needed to be changed I went ahead dropped off my car for a few hours went to work and when i came back everything was done with a good attitude* From now on i will always take my car to Midas bevause of the excellent customer service i received. Very good crew here in Napa* Thanks Guys*

Very Good Customer Service 
These guys are really on top of things. The manager/owner who hasn't been in a business very long, but been a mechanic his whole life, does a very good job when it comes to customer service. I just went to get an oil change and they did a thorough inspection on everything thing and told me what needed to be fixed on my car. The other places where I used to go never went into details on my car and didn't tell me much about what needed to be fixed. Great quality service and they're quick too.
