Hi was highly satisfied. I am not yet use to oil change pricing over $100. But appears to be industry standard.
The guy at the front desk was very knowledgeable and had recommendations seeing as I'm going to be traveling to TN. He was very friendly and it was very easy to check in. My appointment time was upheld and didn't take as long as mentioned by the front desk men. Over all a very good experience for the first time I've brought my car to Midas for a oil change.
They have kept me updated with what's going on.
I was able to be seen quickly. There was great communication as my vehicle was being worked on. The price was fair and everyone was friendly. I will be coming back and have already recommended the location to others.
We left car at opening (8:30am) while my wife was at work. When she returned after work (4:30pm) her car was still not done with an oil change. Was ignored when trying to check in.

Everything was perfect and my car handles better. Most shops tell me if something coul not be adjusted perfectly. It communicates honesty to the customer. Along with a print out of before and after alignment adjustments so I have some clue as to how many degrees my vehicle was off with my receipt.

Sean the manager did a good job keeping me in the loop with his exhaust guy being late. One other thing on the way home my brake light came on. The cap on my brake tank came loose and popped off. After the crew just inspected it. To be honest, I don’t have not very much confidence in the true quality of your maintenance.
Made appointment, dropped off car, picked up car and went home, everything that was supposed to happen.

I'll admit coming to you this time - I was dubious given the cost. However, the determination behind your team to fix my car's heating issue once and for all was beyond comparison. Took an hour longer than promised, no problems encountered during service but kept telling me it was almost done for an hour after it was promised! If told it was going to be a hour late I would have left and done someything else in that time.

The cost was more expensive than our regular mechanic. I was frustrated that I didn’t get a call when my vehicle was ready and had to call in to see when I could pick it up. Additionally, the vehicle was kept for an additional day which was not communicated to me. I would have appreciated a call on the scheduled service date indicating the work would not be finished and they would need the extra day.
Brian was extremely helpful with explaining the service work completed and fair with the pricings. The time it took to complete the work was also timely with my schedule. I'm just not 100% satisfied with the size of muffler but Brian said he can address this..
Shaun and the staff at the Port Orchard, Wa. are great. No matter which one of my vehicles I am having serviced - they always do a complete inspection and let me know if I need other services done. I drop the vehicle off in the am. and tell them to call me that evening when it's serviced. That way if they get an emergency job during the day - they can fit my vehicle in when they have time. Front desk person could have listened to what I said about service I needed done, which I explained 3 times. I got the yeah yeah yeah treatment. and then after getting to my scheduled appt. 10 -15 min. early was told my oil change and Tire Rotation would be done in an hour took 2 1/2 hours . When I got to my travel destination I found that the only service that I needed from Midas and stressed this 3 times to your very uninterested clerk was not performed at all. That being Tire Rotation,tires were inflated only. Had unneeded oil change done only because rotation part of service.

When I arrived at my scheduled time, nobody was at the service desk. I, and another customer waited for 10 minutes until I decided to go out into the shop and ask a technician where the service managers were. They were BOTH behind the building on a break or smoke break. Also, the price was much higher than I anticipated for this oil service. I will be taking it elsewhere next time.

I was told the price of a replacement cabin filter but was not told about the labor charge that was added. I was charged $15 for somenthing that took a few minutes and was not disclosed to me beforehand. That is a deceptive consumer practice and was probably done deliberately.

Carpet on drivers side was dirty from oily shoes of mechanic.
Had to wait 45 min after the scheduled time. Bad a issue with the vehicle when he returned home, called them, they said to come back & they would check it out.on our arrival they immediately checked things out & resolved the problem. Last year I paid about $70.00 (including tax and disposal fee) for a full synthetic oil change. This year I paid $106.00 for the same service. Hard to believe that the cost of a oil change rose to more than $36.00.

Communicate. If you don’t have the staff to look at my vehicle call and reschedule. My car sat for hours in the lot without being moved, when I called for an update I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it.

I wanted my tires rotated. They told me the front tires needed new ones. But at the time I could not afford. But they did not rotate them. So my bad tire is still on the front. Wouldn't it be better to have the wore ones on the back? just seems like in it for the money and not to help me. So I will be taking it somewhere to rotate until I can get some money together for new tires.

The staff were friendly and professional. They completed the oil change in less than 40 minutes. The only problem was the computers were down during my appointment but they were able to complete my service without me having to wait around for the computer fix.

After making an appointment on line, I tried to call to get pricing for an alignment. No one answered. I took the car in anyway. I learned the car was aligned so was only charged half of the full alignment price. However, the full alignment price was $50 more than the dealership. Half price was as much as many other places.

1) I put in an online appointment request and received email confirmation, yet despite the message to expect a call in approximately 30 minutes I was not called at all and had to call in the next day - this happened the previous time as well.2) I wanted a regular oil change, I was not told they were doing synthetic and this was almost double the cost of a regular oil change (my fault for just assuming prices were this inflated in the economy but I've never NOT had them ask at any Oil/Lube place) - this kind of goes with item 3, I imagine that's just standard practice at this location now as it feels like they just want to get that money out of you.3) The old service manager Tom had excellent service skills and didn't push upselling products or services, only gently recommending what was truly necessary, The new service manager seemed very intent on upselling (think used car salesman) - including things that were not at all necessary (I know more than average regarding vehicle maintenance as I work in the semi-truck/tractor repair industry) and it was over the top. There is an art to customer service and a fine line between recommending something and upselling.

Unfortunately, during the service it was discovered that there was a fairly serious. Issue that must be fixed, which I was not aware of until my visit. It will be a bit spendy, so I'll need to figure that out before I have the repair done.

My car is currently at VW being accessed to see if it needs a new heater core as they couldn't do the service correctly. 2 visits in one day to get is done correctly. Both resulted in an incomplete job. They also reported the wrong mileage. Mileage when I turned it in was 94394. I know because I always take a picture before I turn my car into any mechanic.
