Mostly good experience... 
Went in for an oil change, brake check and exhaust check. Oil change went well. Brake check was explained well verbally and in writing. Exhaust check...I don’t know if it was actually done. Nothing was said to me about it or written down for me. I still have a noisey issue that I don’t know what it is. Manager Shauna Smith was very helpful otherwise.

The absolute best customer service I've experienced since moving to the area... Knowledge by Witney was second to none. They didn't cut corners, did a stand up job. No pressure up sales, very thorough... I will bring my business back here for everything auto related... This is how customer service should be... Thank you very much for everything... Plus, the guys working in the shop frikin ROCK... Love your choice of music...

Great Service! Great Staff - Chris, Kyle and Oscar were amazing. I needed a rush service because I was leaving town unexpectedly and they did everything possible to make that happen. I have been going to this location for about 8 years now as I work close to this location and it only gets better and better! I am a senior and I want to make sure I go where I don't get taken advantage of and these young men were honest and speedy!!! I will continue my patronage as long as you continue to deliver this kind of service!!!! Thank YOU!!!

Very helpful
Warren was very helpful with showing me what was wrong on the car setting up an appointment and since the warehouse is closed this weekend told me to call back Tuesday so I can get a estimate on a wheel well and some tires. Anybody that is looking to get something fixed on their car should go to this location the staff are very friendly and they know what they are talking about when it comes to your vehicle.

We extended our visit an extra day due to weather. Took the opportunity to have the exhaust system on our Ford Escort looked at. Store manager Warren Simpson, understanding our circumstances, squeezed us in. Problems were diagnosed, necessary parts found delivered and installed that day. Tech Justin even stayed overtime to get us taken care of. Big thanks to all.

I called Austin in the mid-afternoon about my brakes. He told me to bring my vehicle in and he'll have a tech look at it. My repairs was done i was happy. Don't have to wait until next day. Midas never to business to get the job done same day if they can. I'm a last minute person and they have always came through for me. Thanks so much for great job and always friendly. Awesome Service
My windshield wipers would not work. I brought my car in to have Midas look at it. The guys were very helpful they showed me the problem and gave me a written estimate for the repair. How ever it was more money than I could afford. We even tried to get the Midas card. I will be back to have the work repaired. The we're great. Thanks guys

Great Experience
These guys are the best we had car trouble, we were from out of state traveling through. Their shop was full but some how the managed to address our problem and repair the car at minimal expenses. I will always trust midas and recommend them to all my friends.

Great service!
The folks at this Midas came to the rescue of my daughter who had an automated door jam in my van and the door would not shut. They were very helpful and worked on the door until the jam was released. On top of that, they didn't even charge her! Thank you Midas Mishawaka for coming to the rescue of my daughter in subzero temperatures!
