Brian is a highly qualified mechanic /manager.I've told the owner what ever he is being paid is not enough.I always totally feel in his honesty without a dought.he will be hard to replace if ever leaves/retires.

My car was overheating and stopped at Napa to buy some coolant but they didn't stock what I needed. So went to Great Canadian oil change they topped up the coolant but didn't know why it was overheating. So arrived at Midas just before c losing time. They did a quick check and said it was my radiator and they would order parts and schedule time to repair next day. By 12 :00 my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup.

They did a brake inspection for me because they found a hot spot on one of my rotors a week prior . There were no problems found this time and they didn’t charge me for inspection. I trust this team at Midas , they are honest and I don’t believe they would recommend work be done on my vehicle if it was not necessary just to make a buck . I feel safe driving my vehicle after having them service it . They are a great team and it is a convenient location , right by my work , I leave it with them and pick it up at my convenience!

I own a newer Nissan and I pre the Midas team in West Kelowna to service my vehicle as I trust there judgement and expertise. I arrived the 10 minutes early.Brian knows my vehicle, signed me in an I parked near the appropriate entrance for a the change to summer tires on rims.I was distracted with the local morning newspaper. The customer service at the Dobbin Road, Westbank, BC shop is second to none. Also, he's done a couple of little things that he did for me personally without hesitation, like put a battery in my key fob.The problem, I wasn't about to wait beyond the hour when filters were needed to be ordered from the supplier the last minute.
