The manager there is amazing he has helped me now two times when I brought in my vehicle in. The first time I had service at Pep Boys and they unbolted my sway bar he showed me that and he took care of it. The second time was today Christian brothers did my oil change prior and they left the cap off to my tranny fluid very disappointed in Christian Brothers will not go back there ever again and contacted them immediately it cost me over $200 to fix their stupid mistake

Asked specifically if they work on hybrid… the said they do… and after Getting the report they said “unable to check hybrid” under the battery title. That’s the biggest reason I brought the car in!

I drove in on a whim, Ryan came out of the bay to see what I needed, I asked him about wheel alignment, he was HONEST! At another place Ryan was familiar they had done a wrongful wheel alignment and prior over costly repairs, what they stated was borderline theft.Ryan told me the truth!! And fixed what I paid for at the other place; also I have called the other Chain Repair store, insisted they give me a refund. Plus, I have already given out your card to others stating you & Ryan were trustworthy and excellent service, in and out very rapidly.

always a great crew and timely service but when I dropped off my truck the associate failed to notify me that they close early on Saturday. knowing that detail on when to have a ride in place would have gotten everything squared away. still a great shop!

I was concerned about damage to my vehicle during a recent snowstorm as it was driven over a median. They got me right in, less than 5 minutes and also didn’t charge as everything looked fine. They were all extremely polite and helpful!
I was able to bring in car without an appointment, due to a nail in tire and battery issues, and was able to drop off and use loaner, which is a huge plus for me.
When I arrived for my appointment, there was a new service representative, working by himself. He first told me he couldn't find my appointment, then told me I must have made the appointment for a different store. I took out my phone & showed him my scheduled appointment. I requested an oil change & service inspection, and requested a phone call prior to any work required after the inspection.I left the premise & waited for 3 hours but received no call. I returned to find I had received an oil change only. I paid for the service without making any comment.Jeff has a good crew there - that's why I go there from across Denver. But anybody held in charge of the counter should be trained completely.
The manager was very accommodating. We came in with a brake issue. He pointed out that there is a recall for our brakes but continued to service our car ensuring the safety of my wife and kids.
