I feel like I keep having to return, to fix yet another problem with my vehicle, instead of actually getting to enjoy my vehicle, free if issues. Example - I'm literally still paying for one set of repairs, and something else is going wrong. This is obviously very frustrating.
All associates handled my car with care and attention. Appreciate the positive atmosphere of the shop and associates very respectful and understanding of my situation. Will definitely consider returning for any repairs needed.

He said 45 minutes to an hour and it was truly 50 minutes from check in to vehicle waiting for me to pay!!! The only thing wrong was the service agent didn’t explain the price would be higher with synthetic oil. I kinda knew it might be higher but 40$ higher. My husband was upset. But everything else was so great. The guys are really nice.

Had an oil change, front, brakes, front discs, front bearings, front, shocks, and rear shocks done on my vehicle. My first drive in a vehicle I took three states away, just to find out the front shocks have been tampered all the way down with no play. I’ve bottomed out the whole way to Virginia and the whole way back home. Called and have a new appointment to bring the truck in again to have it hopefully fixed and out of the vehicle all day again. Hoping no other damage was done to the front with all the banging and bottoming out it was doing on the highway through the overpasses.
if the customer schedules a 9am oil change appointment, and shows up at 9am, dont let them wait 1.5 hrs until the customer has to ask why the car hasnt been started yet. especially if i say i need it done in 1.5 hrs and the associate agrees. thats more than reasonable time. lack of communication with customers will always be the biggest failure of any company. And thats the point of making an appt if you cannot keep it? or even come close?? i didnt just walk in off the street. highly dissatisfied!!
Master tech completed the work very well
They cannot use my new tire because they want to make money from selling their new tire. When I asked which shop can solve my problem, The person who talked with me did not give me a suggestion either.

Actually rotate my tires, they tried to make it seem like they rotated my tires. But I had a small leak in my back passenger tires. I and I still have the leak in the same spot. So the tire was never moved
