I brought my car b in for a total front end rebuild. Absolutely nothing wrong with the back. And got it back with back rotor scraping just spent 5000 now it's gonna be another 500. They say they didn't touch the back. But they just put 4 new tires on. They had to have touched it to get tire on. I absolutely am positive that there was not a rotor problem when I brought ìt in atleast not with the back end. I don't understand why now there's a problem. I understand I'm a young female but literally should have found those problem when doing the alignment . Or anything to do with the rest of the car not wait till I pay then tell me it's another problem definitely not going back to them

We called on a Saturday with our car having trouble starting. Tarek told us to come in even though it was 2 pm on Saturday! He got us in right away and the diagnosis was we needed an alternator, not just a simple battery change like we thought. Tarek called our extended warranty company and took care of everything. We picked up our car on Tuesday and it has ran great ever since!! We are so happy to go somewhere without worry..

Could not get wifi it was locked there for was not able to keep myself busy while waiting on my car to be worked on made the visit seem very long.

Stop baiting in cusomters with your $24.99 oil change advertisements. Thre sticker shock when the invoice is given is very off putting.

The manager and the person at front desk were very friendly, not marketed any additional services, with coupon the service was cheap compared with other locations in this area. not enough place at waiting area which is only a concern, otherwise overall it is good.

I asked about coupons for synthetic oil change and was told they're were none. Upon getting home I than get an email with 20 dollars off the price I was charged. Not way to treat a returning customer of several years.
