Everyone was really nice I needed tires and got them the next day . The wait while they put them on was great and was glad the took the time to do a good job.

Good expert service while waiting

My left front brake caliper locked up as I was driving in north Lakeland, while traveling to a family holiday dinner an hour away.The Midas shop was very close. The repairs were completed within 1.5 hours, and I was able to make it to dinner on time.

Brought my truck in for tire wear due to worn ball joints. Estimate included a need for new tires and rear brake pads and rotors. I conceded purchasing the tires, however, having the ability to perform a brake/rotor replacement myself, declined replacement. After personal inspection, the rear rotors were not worn and ample pad remaining. Otherwise, the estimate and labor for ball joints and 4 new tires was fair and work was performed same day.

The guys were great and pointed out the problems in a way I could understand with out making me feel stupid.

The only thing that was different was the parts increase other wise it was right on dooped off at 8 and it was read when I came to pick up at noon!

The guys fit my Jeep in very quickly and got it done. Also they took quite some time discussing options for other work I am considering. Great advice! Thanks.

I had an unexpected water pump failure and pulled in unannounced. I was seen immediately. The diagnosis was accurate. The parts were ordered on the spot and arrived quickly. David worked with my extended warranty provider to get the entire repair covered.

I finally asked at 1.5 hours what was going on and he rild me they had no weights and he was waiting on them there was no communication as to what was going on. How can a tires sercice company have no weights for balancing. 30 years or not you can not look at a tire and tell a customer they have never been balanced.

Took Car spent $1800. Had to take my car back the next day because I had a leak I never had before. They made it seem like It was something I did and something that had just happen. The only issue I had was that all midases do not take national advertising coupons.I had a specific coupon that was listening the South Lakeland Midas but when I called they said they do not participate in the coupon program.I was lucky enough to find the Midas in North Lakeland was able to take that coupon and honor it.

Had work done on my car 10 min later car broke down, had to wait until following day to let Midas fix whatever they messed up. Car is now making a weird noise, so I have to take it else where to get that checked.

I mentioned an issue that I had (popping noise) to David before driving off. I had recently replaced the control arm for that exact reason and that was the reason for the front end alignment for this appointment. When I picked it up, it was popping again and upon reporting it, David helped me troubleshoot and it was the replacement control arm I had swapped out (not part of the repair). He helped me tighten it down a bit as it had loosened and made sure that even though he had not caused the issue, he helped me out and made it safer. David was very kind to go the extra mile.
